THIS IS A SCAM. Look at all of the botted 5 star reviews where Wizfair is their only review. This company defrauded me of over $500 and then tried to make more fraudulent purchases with my credit card information. If you’ve fallen victim to this scam, lock and replace your card immediately

Fraud suspected! I've since read other reviews for this company with the same fraud happening. I tried to purchase $4k worth of tickets, put my details in (which I always double check) I got the email saying it was in progress, I then got an email later saying my card was declined and that they had not booked the flights despite me having plenty of availability on my credit card (and now the prices had gone up). A few days later I had a large fraudulent transaction on my credit card. When I reported the fraud to my bank I went through all other transactions on there, even ones that may have declined (I already thought they were dodgy by this time), there was no record of Wizfair even trying to make the transaction for the flights, very strange indeed as they said my card had been declined in their email. If they attempted to take payment for the flights that was declined, there would be a record of that with the CC issuer which there is not. I wouldn't trust them again

I wait until I'm done with my travel, knowing how bad they are at tricking their customers. To Wizfair agent name ALEXIS (I believe that is your name), here is for you:
So I booked my tickets to Hawaii because Skyscanner recommended it. Everything was great until one of Alexis's customer service representatives called me to say Alaska had called them, saying they were overbooked. Hence, they offered me a different airline, which I did not like because the schedule was different from what I originally booked, so I called Alaska Airlines in person. I asked whether they had overbooked the flight, but Alaska said they were not. Everything looks good on their end, so I confronted the agent who called me. The agent gave me a very vague answer, knowing that your trick of reselling my ticket for a higher price didn't work, huh!!! So, if you read this, and I hope you do!!! Please don't let this agent fool you!! Again, I waited until I was done with my travel before writing this review because I’m scared they will try anything funny with my booking. So my experience with WizFair has been horrible!!! Please choose an honest travel agent but this one is certainly NOT!!
Pathetic experience say no this this organisation as there ticket price is very high compare it with others before going for them.

They pretend to be a guine but they are not they are a third party company .

Hence say no to them.

Fake Booking Confirmations: Numerous customers have claimed they received confirmation emails with invalid booking numbers. Read this and beware. The day before departure they contacted me and said the ANA airline had cancelled my flight. But there had always been a problem with the ticket and confirmation information that Wizfair had given me. I was never able to register the flight on ANA website which obviously alarmed me to I called Wizfair several times to ask for a confirmation that the flight was good for me. They responded with confirmations that everything was fine, until the day before when it the flight was not good. The alternative flight on Air Canada was not direct and involved a four hour layover in Toronto , returning me to Washington DC after midnight. Wizfair and Skyscanner have denied any responsibility.

I had an excellent experience with WizFair, specially thanks to their amazing agent Tim Clark, I called because our ticket transit timing changed and he provided several options to modify our itinerary free of charge. This was my first time booking with WizFair and their customer service exceed my expectations.Tim was professional,helpful,and very responsive

Got fraud on my credit card after purchasing ticket on their website , if its not someone working with them behind the desk , that takes credit card number of the customers to scam , there is a scamer plugged on their payement system, IT IS NOT SECURE ENOUGH , and now the cherry on the cake , i don’t know yet if the ticket is legit or not

I have never written a review on anything before. I’ve tried bad food, bad hotels, bad Ubers, rude employees, and so many more bad experiences in my life. I don’t really honestly believe or feel that my opinion really needs to be heard. However, I am writing one today because I need to help others to avoid the situation I have gotten myself into. I bought a direct ticket to Costa Rica over two months ago and they canceled within 48 hours. They offered me a flight that will take twice as long(not including layovers) and a 4 hour layover. I am unable to make their proposed flights because it doesn’t fit within my schedule and it would’ve costed me a lot more money to do so. They informed me that my only option would be to cancel my ticket. The only tickets are first class tickets and those were 6x as expensive as when I bought them. I basically can’t go to Costa Rica now and I can only blame Wizfair. So please! For the life of me! Don’t use this website! SCAM! P.S. I would’ve wished they informed me sooner so I could have had more time to plan.

Wizfair travel n’est absolument pas fiable. Ils m’ont volé. J’ai payer mon billet, obtenue m’ont numéro de confirmation, 1 semaine plus tard j’appelle ma compagnie car je remarque des bugs sur l’application: ma réservation a été annulé par Wizfair. Je décide donc de les appeler, facilement joignable cela dit, je leur demande de me rembourser. Le remboursement n’a jamais été fait.
Faites attention, même après avoir reçu votre numéro de confirmation et l’avoir rentré dans l’appli de votre compagnie, tous semble être bon mais ce n’est en fait pas le cas.
En plus ! 2 semaine après avoir payer les billets j’ai observé une fraude sur mon compte bancaire. Un ami qui avait payer des billets avec Wizfair au même moment que moi, a aussi été fraudé. Coïncidence ? Bien sûr que non
Wizfair sont des voleurs, ne leurs faites pas confiance !

Mes billets d avion on été payé et réservation confirmée .
La compagnie aérienne a reçu une achat et une annulation à la suite .
Je m appear out du subterfuge quelque mois avant mon départ heureusement et j’ai dû racheter des billets .
Personne ne m a jamais rapellé et mes billet jamais remboursé.
Les mails sont jamais distribués.
Aucune réponse .
Je me suis fait arnaquer…
De plus j ai été victime de fraude sur ma carte de crédit.
Je déconseille de commander des voyage par cet intermédiaire.
