placed a small online order (£35.71)first time on 16 Aug 2026. a staff AH emailed me Monday 17/8 07:44 "...This will be ready to collect at your earliest convenience..." then it went downhill from there.

I realised later that I needed longer timber so bought some from a different company hence emailed AH 21/8 07:01 for a refund. no reply so emailed again 1 Sep 18:57 but again no reply.

I have not collected my order and can see no refund on my credit card record, except my payment of £35.71 on 16 Aug. I don't remember having this kind of services from any reputable company, usually uncollected order after say 2 weeks will be refunded. Iam glad that it is only a lesson of low value.

I’m so happy with the service I received from w madden , I made an order even rung to enquire the size of Mot xl bag which I needed the person on the phone was so lovely once I placed my order on line I shortly received delivery date which was so quick I was happy. I just want to say a big shoutout to the wonderful gentleman who delivered the products so kind it was early morning perfect he confirmed placement and did. Fantastic job I really had a smooth experience with him. The products are also amazing as someone doing DIY garden project I’m glad I found this company . Thank you once again I will certainly be back again
