What a load of rubbish stay clear of this company people like this should not be aloud to trade!!!!!!!
Bought a cardigan from them and all it was good for was cleaning windows!!!

If I could leave NO stars I would for this company. I ordered some items from them. First it took a long time to get them, then even though I ordered a larger size, the items didn’t fit.

The products are NOT as described, nor do they look like the pictures once you receive them. They advertised one of the items I received as a knit cardigan sweater. It was NOT. It was a print that was supposed to look like a knitted sweater. The fabric was cheap Chinese stuff. No documentation accompanied the items. Additionally the other items were of poor quality.

When I requested a return shipping label, they told me I had to pay to send it back to CHINA, although they DID NOT send me an address. Instead they asked me to accept a 20% coupon and keep the items. I am going to be forced to keep these items, but I want to keep someone else from making the same mistake. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF. This company has several names - Westcraze, Wocraze, and Wisyclothing - are the ones I’ve discovered so far.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. The clothing I ordered (6 items) were nothing like on their website - different colours, materials and some were completely different products altogether. I emailed them to return everything and instead of giving me their return address, she tried to convince me to keep the clothes over 3 separate emails. I ended up returning the clothes to the address on the package, however it was apparently the wrong address and they took no responsibility. 11 emails later back and forth asking for their help to track down my sent package, I still received no help and ended up losing $340. I was so upset and offended. Shame on you Wocraze for being frauds!

Whenever I find these scam sites I will leave a review on the only site I trust (trust pilot) and warn others. This site and many other dupe sites are popping up all over facebook. The photos are stolen from a designer who worked hard to make the items and sells them on her own site. This pissed me off enough to leave a review. Always, always check these sites because they have pricing that is too good to be true. You will get scammed, you will not get your money back and the bad guys win. They put these bogus sites up and if you are sent an item it will not be the one in the photo, a poor, and I mean very poor copy if at all. Red flag number 1 is if they do not have a phone number, red flag number 2 is the low price, and the facebook ads that pop-up are another flag. Just use google to check the sites, search the phone number if the list one and call the number. Do not be fooled by these dime a dozen thieves! They have thousands of the exact same content under different urls, all content is stolen. You have been warned!

I placed an order in April. Constantly asked if and when it would ship. At first they blamed the COVID pandemic was holding up shipment and please give them more time. Then asking for more time. I tried filing them as fraudulent to my bank to get my money back. The bank eventually reversed the payment and my money was returned to this stupid site. Then when I emailed them again telling them I did this they Asked for more time. It is mid August now and I finally got a shipping number I cannot track!

Even one star is too much. Its a fake company. The photos are beautiful, the close you are getting is cheep and ugly. They do t agree to refund it. Very dissapoi Ted

I ordered some clothes 7th of march, I got them 4th of June. As I got them I imediately saw that this was nothing like the clothes on the pictures. I wrote them to complain and as the calendar says 9th of July we have now shared 20 emails where they try to shake me off. Today I got an email that was just the same words as for 3 weeks ago, so I am probably not even spending their time.
They also have several other websides selling the same clothes

Honestly it's too expensive for cheap Chinese clothes. Don't be fooled with the brand name. It's coming from China & as anything, it is bad quality.

This company is a joke - clothes are terrible - not as advertised at all - then they don’t let you return them to get a refund!! - it’s a scam - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

I got wrong dress, bag quality and poor service.

Finally received my order months after ordering. The charge never showed up in my PayPal, so I had actually given up. Pants randomly showed up today and are nothing like the photo. Nothing. At least I didn't pay for them.

Do not deserve a star. Scammers scammers scammers.
The advertise lovely beautiful clothes but send junk.

These guys are also trading now on facebook ads as hammer-schmid.com, esty-shop.com, and ralap.store. Same photos, same discount bundles, same images. Look closely at a sale site where EVERY size is available for purchase. Don't do it.

I feel totally cheated by this company. On the Website, the clothes look so beautiful in good quality. Whereas I received ugly and cheap polyester things. Besides I had been waiting for the delivery for more than one month.

False advertising. Ordered a pair of boots, started complaint after 7 weeks and not delivered, a bogus tracking system that wants more of your info. Suddenly, boots arrived a few days later, in a bag with no protection and product scuffed up. The fake leather 'flap' bent up. Looks nothing like the pics, no tread on heal, zipper is different, a buckle is riveted on backwards, stitching is so cheap with thread hanging off, and missing any reinforcements/detail of what was pictured.

Finally, after a long time, I was able to get an address to send the items back to Wocraze. If you go through PayPal to dispute the charge you can get a result (only if you've paid through PayPal I'm afraid - if you pay through your credit card, I'm pretty sure you've lost your money as these guys are NOT held accountable through any other means - which is why I usually go through PayPal for any online transaction that I don't know already)

Even with the dispute, Wocraze leave it up to the last day to reply, hoping that you give up before you get a result. But if you persevere, they finally give an address to return the items. It will cost around $36 AUD depending on the size of the package but at least you get tracking - so you can make sure that they've received it. (but seeing as most of the items on their site cost around that much to begin with, and I'm sure most, like me, bought more than one item - even getting the refund over that would compensate for the postage cost) My return has yet to clear customs but once it has, they have no discourse but to accept the refund.
I've even take photos of the items before i posted them to show that they were in perfect condition when I returned so that they can't turn around and say that they can't resell them due to unfit condition. (which I'm sure they'll try to pull)

If I get a good result, I'll let you all know.

Oh, and all their "good reviews" about their products on their site are all fake. Most don't have a description and the rest say how good the quality is and how fast the shipping is, which we all know is a lie.

The clothes look so beautiful and natural, cool and alternative in the pictures on there web site!
But the ones I received seem poor quality, thin, smooth and shiny!
A completely different look because it contains so much polyester, I think.
The inside is just white, not painted through and through, as you can see with the clothes on the photos!
In addition, the website stated: cotton mix , and nothing at all about polyester!
The must have used other materials for the photos that could not be otherwise. This is customer deception!
I am so sorry, I liked the clothes in the pictures so much, but now I just feel cheated!

Scam. I ordered 4 months ago. They immediately charged me and I never got the items. Then they send a tracking number that is not even valid. Avoid this site.

Fake/Scam shop. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! False advertisement, horrible quality copies. If you did, start a dispute with Paypal now!
