PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! First the refused to cancel my order, sent it to me 3 months later when I was on vacation and couldn't receive it. The order has been shipped back to wocraze. Now they refuse to give me the money back.

the product I ordered was in total contrast to what I received. This company are unapologetic about the standard of the products they promote. I would not recommend them in any way

Did not receive what I ordered at all. Ordered a red hoodie and received a grey Halmark t-shirt with a train on it. No joke!!!!!!
When I contacted them they responded:
“Sorry for inconvenience caused.
Just checked the order detail. Please be noticed that quality and appearance of product are always based on the real one you received. Hope to have your understand.
According to pictures, product seems good, could you check if it fits you well? Would you agree to hold the package?
Hope the product fit you well and you will like to wear it.”

Bad, bad, bad. I just received my parcel of R 1200 ZAR, and all of the items are not what was shown in pictures, not one item. All are cheap rip-offs. Stay away. Really Wocraze?

Wish I read the reviews before I bought anything from them. Everything looks great on pictures. They are on expensive side which is okay of they look great. When my order came, they are all should be size small, but all the clothes can fit range from small to extra extra large. And they look nothing like the pictures. Not to mention a wrong item is shipped. I don't think I will ever get my money back for this. Buyers beware!

Very Late arrivel and the clothes is'nt like the pictures at all, i'm never gonna use it.

Dang, wish I had seen this string of reviews before ordering from this company. It took two months to get my order and then there were only 2 of the 4 items I recieved in the package. Not only were they nothing like the description or photo but they were hideous!!!

The customer service responses to my complaints told me that the quality and appearance of the product is based on what you recieve, not the product advertised..wth?

They basically refuse to refund and their responses to serious concerns (fraud, false advertisement, not even getting everything that was paid for) is a joke...even me saying that they sent me 2 of the 4 items I paid for wasn't acknowledged.

I honestly do not understand how this company is still even out there...I should have known it was too good to be true. The photos and descriptions are nothing like the garbage you recieve..really a waste of money and time. I wish for all people to read this review before even thinking about ordering anything.

I will be taking this issue to my bank to dispute the charges.

If you are reading this and even thinking about ordering anything from this company, I think you should know what you are in for. Absolutely ridiculous; the product was so ugly that when I opened the package I burst out laughing...but then when I saw I had 2 items of 4 and it was very obvious I fell for a dupe scam it really just isnt funny at all. I really hope my bank will forfeit the charge on account of this company is a total fraud.

I ordered several items. In my first shipment I recieved 4 items I did not order that were not even close to the pictures on the website. I canceled the items on back order and asked for my money back and a return address to send the wrong items.

They don't answer your questions
They don't address concerns about recieving the wrong items. They don't issue refunds or allow cancelations.

Complete scam... my mom ordered 5 items for me for my birthday/Christmas. It took them 4 weeks to even ship... and once we got the clothing instead of all cotton /lycra stretch for the leggings and tops its this cheap thin polyster you would see on a halloween costume. $175 down the drain. This company needs to own up or be shut down. Do not buy, run!!!

they deceving people. don't ever buy from them. i ordered a few items. got less then half of it. none is what i ordered exactly. most of it dosen't look as in the picture at all. I wrote them an email, wanted to send it back and get my money back, and after sometime they just disappear.

Ordered 5 different orders from this site, and not one of the clothes I received were as pictured, in fact, they were NOTHING at all like the picture which really ticked me off, wish I only ordered 1 order and waited for that one first because I had a hassle trying to get my money back for everything. They were not communicating with me, so I had to contact paypal for help. This site is a total scam. BEWARE. DO NOT BUY

I looked them up. Found a whole lotta dirt on them, yes should have done that before I ordered I know!, and decided I just wanted my money back. I had no trust what so ever.)

I got a bag of clothes I have never ordered and none of the things I have ordered. They do reply on mails, only to tell you that it is expensive to send it back, and (full) refund will not be possible. Never had experiance like this. Do not get fulled by the pretty pictures and order anythibg from them.

I wouldn't even give this company one star. Took a month to send product. Didn't send what I ordered and won't take any accountability. Total Scam. Wish I read reviews first.

They just send you bags of clothes that have nothing to do with your order that are extremely poor quality and will not give refunds. DO NOT BUY!

Total complete rubbish ...NOT WHAT I ORDERED ... NEVER AGAIN WOYLD I USE THIS COMPANY and I advise you to do the same dont bother .... So dissapointed

This company is a scam. I just disputed my order with PayPal so hopefully I hear back from them soon. When I tried to reach out to wocraze about a return they won’t give me the address of where I need to return this crap to. The label on the package sent to me does not have an actual address. I wish I read these reviews before I ordered. I am so bummed, I was so excited. I had no idea that it was stolen from another website, I am shocked. Everything mentioned in these reviews is true the material and quality is horrible. The grossest misrepresentation of products I have ever encountered. I am wanting to contact the company that they stole the pictures from, I feel that PayPal needs to know so they can stop helping this company rip off people. Below is the response I last received. After sending four mails asking them to just send me the address to return it to. They don’t want to refund my money.

We can refund you only after receiving the returned package.
But the international postage is very expensive, ( please noticed the returned address is not in your country) and customers need to pay for the postage.
We will really appreciate it if you can receive a $6 gift card as compensation and keep the item.

Horrible product. I have been requesting an address to return it for a refund for a week and they still have sent me no return address. They keep asking me who the seller was when it was them! They asked me for a tracking number and I sent them my whole invoice with the tracking number on it and they just keep sending me emails asking for the tracking number. So frustrating! They have now blocked my emails.

Buyer beware: Asian e-commerce fashion scam.

For starters, most of models' heads are cropped- that's almost always a red flag the photos are stolen from original designers and artists. Sure enough, there are several photos of leggings and hooded tops taken from Sarah Larsen at Sew Much Love and Wildhorse Apparel. The only reason a vendor would do this is they don't want to show buyers the knockoffs they're sending out. That's the idea: Lure you in with photos of quality merchandise, send out a cheaply made knockoff in their place, then make it impossible to obtain a refund.

For some buyers, ripping off original designers may not be a big deal if they believe they're getting a good price. Like, "So what? The real stuff is too expensive. It's a victimless crime." But there's no shortcut to quality, yes artists ARE harmed by this because the imitations' reputation rub off on them, and you will quickly find out it's not a victimless crime once you get screwed by the cheap crap.

There's only email as a point of contact, so good luck resolving issues or getting refunds.

As of the date of this review, this vendor has also blocked commenting on their Facebook ads.

Clothes are terrible quality and not like the picts. I ordered a dress and its the size of a shirt.
