The worst
The worst! This was by far one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.
There was a major miscommunication regarding the voucher I purchased and the service I ultimately received. At no point was I properly informed that an additional charge would apply. The salon carried out the service, and I reasonably assumed it was included in the voucher. Only at the very end of the appointment was I unexpectedly asked to pay extra.
What makes the situation even more frustrating is that the salon informed me that they had already communicated this information to the Wonder Gifts team. If that is true, then the information was never passed on to me, which is completely unacceptable. As a customer, I should have been informed in advance and given the choice to accept or decline any additional service or charge.
The entire experience was disappointing, stressful, and poorly handled from start to finish. Because of this experience, I will never purchase another voucher from Wonder Gifts, nor will I recommend the company to friends, family, or colleagues. Customer service and communication are essential, and unfortunately, both were severely lacking in this case.
I sincerely hope steps are taken to improve communication between Wonder Gifts and its partner salons so that future customers do not have to go through a similar experience.

On Saturday, I was unable to check in to the hotel room covered by my voucher. The hotel informed me that I needed to contact Wondergift to resolve the issue. However, when I attempted to call the contact number provided in my booking confirmation, the phone number was switched off and unavailable.
I made multiple attempts to reach your customer service team, but I was unable to get any assistance. As a result, I lost my hotel booking and the money I paid for the voucher.
I request that you urgently investigate this matter and contact the hotel to confirm that the failure to check in was not caused by me, but by the incorrect or unavailable contact information provided by Wondergift. This situation has caused significant inconvenience, financial loss, and distress.
I also ask that you provide an appropriate resolution, including reimbursement or an alternative arrangement, and explain why the contact details in the booking confirmation were not working.
This issue is serious and has the potential to damage customer trust and your company’s reputation if not addressed promptly.
