I used Woodward solicitors for the sale of my late brothers property and they were absolutely brilliant from start to finish in what was a very difficult time for us. A special thank you to Lucy Partington for making the whole process so much easier. She was always there to answer any questions, offered help when needed and kept me up to date. The online portal is also great for keeping track of where things are up to. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again if needed.

Woodwards acted for us on the sale & purchase of our house. House sale was a bit complicated so took a while to go through. From our side Woodwards was fabulous, our sale and purchase went well and everything went through really quick, it was the ongoing chain that held things up ( which Woodwards had no control over. ) The app allowed you to see what was happening. Lisa who dealt with our sale and purchase was brilliant. Well done Woodward's. Can’t thank Lisa enough was always at the end of the phone.

Woodward acted as my solicitor during a recent house purpose. Lucy was helpful, knowledgeable and proactive and kept me fully updated during the process. As someone who has a really busy job, I found the portal updates and email notifications really useful as I could pick these up in my own time. Would definitely use Woodward again for future house sales/purchases.

I'm selling my property and this company is beyond unprofessional. Rang up to ask if they need anything else from me since I haven't heard from them in a while and was told by Denise Pakinson that the buyer no longer can go ahead with the purchase. I started questioning her when did she found out , she says last week . Last week when, Monday or Friday I ask? She doesn't know and keeps blaming my estate agent and tells me she needs find out.
I rang my estate agent and Denise left a message which they red to me over the phone. The buyers told them (solicitors) not last week ,but 11 days ago.
Instead of taking responsibility she kept saying its estate agents fault.
The buyers didn't ring estate agent and it makes sense, cos we moved from estate agent to solicitors and they informed Woodwards so why would they think that they need to ring my estate agent if they already rang my solicitor I don't understand.
I also don't understand why Denise rings my estate agent and investigates if the buyers told them or not.It has nothing to do with them.
I tell Denise it's doesn't matter if they rang estate agent or not ,cos they rang You , You were told and her job was to inform me.No matter what I say to her it's estate agent fault. Its like talking to a child.
My property stayed off the market untill this phone call.
I emailed what happened to the man in charge which is Darren Singleton and asked for my money back. Got nothing, not even acknowledging he received my email and will be looking into this issue ASAP and it's been over a week since I've contacted him. I also rang the office and informed the receptionist that I've send him an email ,but I haven't heard from him and asked what can I do about it? Turns out I can't do anything ,cos Mr Darren is the main man.
Waste of money and time.
