Small studio owner here. I paid for ShopLentor Pro to build a simple single-product page. Total mess. I should have stopped when the $60 US turned into $174.00 AU, but i had a promo code that made it correct. Red flag. The WL widgets I needed (product image/gallery, title, price, add to cart) either didn’t appear in Elementor or fought with multiple “template” systems (Template Builder vs WooCommerce Template). Result: duplicate carts, extra blocks I didn’t add, and pages that change after every purge. I followed their docs, imported their own “Single Product” presets, set defaults, toggled elements on/off, cleared caches (SiteGround + browser) a ridiculous number of times. Still unstable and not production-ready. I’ve burned hours I don’t have and my product page is worse than when I started. Support or the product needs to sort out the conflicts between their modules; right now it’s unusable for a live shop. Requested a refund.

This plugin has caused our site to SLOW…
This plugin has caused our site to SLOW DOWN DRAMATICALLY! From appr. 2-3 seconds load time, it now loads in 12-20 seconds! Do not buy, or even download their demo. It will introduce buggy code, and most likely even resource hogs to your site that you have no control over, even after you delete the plugin (the plugin is so sloppy, most of the code stays on your website even after plugin deletion). Totally do NOT recommend this plugin, it's a total scam and shame they have so many good reviews, as their product is really crappy quality!

Excellent Customer Srevice
If you are reading reviews which are saying that Customer Support is "terrible", please thoroughly consider the motive for such a claim.
I haven't even purchased yet, (I'm about to) and the kind folks of ShopLentor have helped me to understand the very daunting task of building a product page which have caused me severe frustration.
I've gone through them all: Shop Press, Shop Builder, Shop Engine, Crocoblock, Ultimate Store Kit and I have not received the kind of compassion and attention from a tech company willing to help me understand the process of the kind of undertaking with which I am currently struggling the way I have from ShopLentor.
While the widgets from many of the other aforementioned shop builders are helpful and reliable, the templates are crazy making and ShopLentor have dedicated time to helping me choose the right layout to build a beautiful structure for a store which will satisfy a vast product line with multiple Variables.
Customer Service is a key element for me. I can't function without it. Other plugin providers have gone into my backend and just randomly turned off other plugins as a solution to problems with their plugins without thinking about how that may affect the rest of my site.
Explaining that to ShopLentor, they were appalled by such behaviour which was very refreshing which makes me feel secure and I'm looking forward to including them as the main provider of my product templates.
I encourage those who write reviews and those who are reading them to please secure the motives behind which we do so.
I was going to wait until after my purchase and plugin, etc, but I was shocked to see such strange behaviour online.
Esp in B2B markets, where our success is their success, we rely on each other to build each other up, and whereas I personally champion constructive criticism, I also relish integrity.

Please avoid at all times
Please avoid, at all costs to install the woolentor plugins, they give massive problems. After deleting the plugins, your database will be one big mess. Even deleting the plugins they stay on the server W T B, never seen that before.

Paid for the plugin.. half the paid/pro options don't work as expected and have extremely limited customization options.
I bought it mainly for the magic sticky "add to cart" and even that basic function doesn't work properly with variations - and takes over half the screen.

Woolentor... more like poolentor
I recently purchased the Woolentor plugin, excited to enhance my WooCommerce store with its promised features. However, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, primarily due to the abysmal customer support.
From the get-go, I encountered issues that left my site in disarray. Naturally, I turned to Woolentor's support for help, only to be met with sheer frustration. The support team's responsiveness was shockingly slow, and when they did reply, it was nothing short of a one-word brush-off. It seemed like they had no interest in actually resolving my problems.
I diligently waited for a week, hoping for some semblance of assistance. To my dismay, every response I received was curt, unhelpful, and borderline dismissive. It became apparent that Woolentor's support team lacks the professionalism and commitment one would expect from a premium plugin.
As a paying customer, the least I expected was a genuine effort to address my concerns. Instead, I find myself chasing after my hard-earned money with my bank, considering the plugin's performance and the appalling support experience.
I strongly advise anyone considering Woolentor to think twice. The plugin may have potential, but the lackluster support can quickly turn what should be a seamless experience into a headache. Save yourself the trouble and explore alternatives with better customer service – you'll thank yourself later.

Passive aggressive lack of support
If you provide feedback about a feature not working, despite paying for it, you suddenly lose all support and are not replied to again. Really bizarre way of handling things and quite rude. They also don't read your emails properly and just reply the same thing over and over when they do respond. Odd bugs and weird support
Edit: They reply here but not to tickets? Weird. Don't buy this. Terrible support and passive aggressive replies to reviews.
The feature they claim not to support is for their plugin not to wreck the style of your header/footer on the Blank theme of WordPress. Something completely unrelated to their actual plugin that their plugin just affected for no reason.
Then when it was resolved after SEVERAL weeks of passive aggressive back and forth, they offered a refund due to the length of time, and then said they would be deactivating my account. When I said not to do that, they ghosted. But can reply to reviews and not tickets? It was over a month for it to be resolved and still well over a week after asking about the status of my account I haven't received a reply. Don't waste your time.

Upon reviewing all your tickets, it's clear that you haven't encountered any issues with the options (widgets, modules, templates) our ShopLentor plugin offers.
You provided feedback about a feature that ShopLentor never claimed to have available. Furthermore, the feature you brought to our attention was quite complex. Meaning, it was not just a matter of hours to introduce the feature.
Nonetheless, we did our best to integrate the feature you asked for within 3 working days.
Afterward, you gave us confirmation that the issue you faced was resolved.
But, you were asking for a refund just because you had to wait for a couple of days for the feature, which was not even offered by the plugin in the first place.
And, when we agreed to give you a full refund, you said that you would continue using the product even after receiving a refund, which doesn't make any sense.
Please don't mislead other potential users.

great product, and fantastic customer service
i chose shoplentor for the cart customisation because i liked the templates. i chose it over crocoblock and over shop engine and flux. when i used it there was an issue with my theme.
i contacted the support an it was super helpful, they designed the page exactly how i wanted it and fixed the theme issues.
i am so glad i chose this option. not only that but there is great features like a mini cart, and ajax search bar which i use on my sight.
really recommend and definitely worth the money.

Buggy Product, Sort by price never worked, and supports throws the dice asking for admin access. They are not even willing to support via zoom, they all wanted is to administer our business site.

Conflict with any third-party plugin or your active theme
Server-related issue that might be caching your query
Incorrect configuration
Since the reason for the issue is ambiguous, that's why our support representative asked for admin access so they could investigate the issue.
If you had given us permission to take a look at your website, we would have found the exact reason by now.
Also, you have claimed that our product is buggy. With all due respect, this statement of yours is not correct.
If it were buggy, then more than 100,000 users wouldn't have used it.

free plugin comes with relentless demand for my datas
Tried the free plugin. just installed, gave me a sticky message box asking me "please allow us to collect non-sensitive diagnostic data and usage information...WordPress information, site name, site URL, number of plugins, number of users, your name, and email address" site name, my name, my email adress are non sensitive??? and if you click "no thanks" keep asking relentlessly. So the choice is allow or uninstall. despicable attitude, so uninstall and blacklisted ( high confidence problem with this bully attitude ).

I have never written a bad review, but here I see it as important:
I was really looking forward to the plugin, because it sounded very promising in advance. Unfortunately, I bought the lifetime version directly. I have since uninstalled the plugin and will certainly never use it again.
The plugin is a single bug. When I tried to contact support it was only possible via a contact form and here the send button didn't work, so I couldn't even reach support. I guess that says it all when even the plugin's own website seems to be full of bugs. Since I uninstalled the plugin, everything works fine again.

A lot of bugs - non logical features and no support
Well I do not want to spend writing here any long explanation why I voted this down as I already spend massive amount of writing bug reports and basic feature request. AND without any resolvance or progress. The support is really not interested at all once you paid your Premium license. If you get a response is sounds like that "Sorry doesn't not work. Regards"
Keep away. There are far better offerings. My bad I found them after researching Woolentor errors...

Terrible product and support
I should have believed all the one-star reviews. The product is in fact terrible and the support is non-existent. Their response to my pointing out problems was short emails with a link to documentation that had nothing to do with the several problems I raised. I am also disappointed in the Elementor Youtubers who favorably describe and recommend this product.

Terrible support - no money back even if there are some bugs in the software
has a terrible support.
I installed Sholentor and also bought the PRO version. With my constellation of Elementor Pro and the Astra theme I had permanent problems.
I decided to implement my checkout page then in a conventional way individually.
The question if I get my money back, because I don't need and don't use Shoplentor was always rejected with some excuses that I make some mistake.
I then gave interim access to various people including Aslam Hasbib. After about 1 week, the message came that this does not work. That is clear, because I certainly do not wait 1 week until someone from Shoplentor makes the effort to look at it.
