Complete garbage
Complete garbage. I'm not sure who attempted to write the CSS for this plugin, but they did an abysmal job. Expect to be frustrated at every step of the way when using this plugin.

I purchased the product and it did not assign me a license to work further nor did it create an account on the system where you can get the license code
I purchased the product. When I did, it did not automatically create an account for me an assign me a license. Then I tried to forget my password and tried to access but that did not work and did not assign products and licenses to my account.
I suppose the purchase and account system needs improvement. Support is email support so you got to wait for 24 hours which is slightly bad. At least sales support should be available on chat

The only thing a customer has to do is set a password for their account and log in. The issue you have encountered was unexpected and we sincerely apologize for that.
In order to get support, customers don't need to wait for 24 hours. It is just the maximum time a customer might have to wait. Our support representatives do their best to respond as quickly as possible.
But unfortunately, we haven't received any emails or support tickets from you. So could you please let us know where did you reach out to us?

The plugin does not work correctly with…
The plugin does not work correctly with other languages than english. I had a lot of problems with translating some elements to polish language using different translation modules and it didn't work.
I had many problems with other plugins I need... for example shipment in Poland Inpost does not work correctly with woolentor.
The support is very, very poor... asking again and again about the same things. There is a lot of promises in correspondence but no real solution.

Endless issues, and impossible to update without hassle
I was very excited to find a plugin that had the features I wanted; however, I have been nothing but disappointed with this plugin. It doesn't automatically update, and it won't allow me to update to the newest version manually.
I have gone round and round with tech support, and, although they are very kind in their emails, there seems to be no internal tracking of past communications with clients, because I've had to explain my issue multiple times, and every new customer support staff I interacted with gave me the same instructions that didn't work from the get-go. So frustrating. And after numerous back-and-forth exchanges, the last person to communicate with me gave me the same suggestion as was given in my very first communication — which was not helpful at all. Had such high hopes for the robustness they offered and have been so disappointed with the results.

An excellent plugin to design a beautiful WooCommerce store easily.
I truly appreciate the plugin development team for making such a fantastic WordPress plugin. When I was building my e-commerce store using WooCommerce, I had no idea that I could easily create custom WooCommerce pages. Then I found WooLentor, which made many complex tasks easier for me within a few minutes. Though I had to install the Elementor page builder for the WooLentor plugin to work.
Their support persons were really quick to respond and helpful in solving the issues. But that's not all; they even made instructional videos for me so I could understand easily.
If you plan to use WooCommerce to create your online store, this plugin is highly recommended!

Great plugin, excellent support! 💡
WooLentor offers great page-building and customization functionality for WooCommerce and Elementor! It allows users to create custom shop, product, and archive templates easily.
If anything doesn't work as expected (or even if the user is a complete newbie and doesn't know what he's doing), the WooLentor support team will go all-in to fix the issue, even if the issue is not their plugin's fault. I absolutely recommend this plugin. You can be sure you will be able to get it to perform exactly the way you want it to!

So many broken elements
So many broken elements. Shopify style checkout doesn't let you click into input fields or customize much, the logo is actually laughable as it just stretches. Coding is so sloppy and unfinished. It's truly a mess, very disappointed with this and will be getting a refund.

About the logo getting stretched:
We can assure you that this is not something that the WooLentor plugin can cause. Another third-party plugin or your current theme could be creating a conflict with WooLentor.
Coding being sloppy and unfinished:
Would you be kind enough to share some details about why you think coding is sloppy and unfinished? 🤔 We'll highly appreciate it if you could clarify this point a little more.
Our plugin support team is quite friendly and helpful. However, if you had contacted us through our support website before writing this review, we would have had a better chance of figuring out what exactly was causing the issues on your website 😔
