I've sent 2 separate emails requesting a return. 1 I got an automated response saying they would respond within 1-2 business days. It's been 4 days and the return window according to their returns policy is running out of it hasn't already. 2nd no response at all also 4 days ago. Yesterday sent a message via website contact page nothing.

All I want is to return 2 separate items because regrettably they are not suitable.

Purchased a green pupsicle toy however after initial wash it was impossible to screw / unscrew, having emailed in and waiting for a reply I was told not to apply pressure and use coconut oil to loosen it. Still not good and have been trying to resolve with Ben since 25th May! Replies take ages and aren’t clear with actual info required. I won’t be using them again.

Found the collars I wanted. Placed the order with wooof and within 2 days they arrived. Many thanks 🙏

The harness has made a massive difference with regards to putting it on and taking it off my toy poodle

The dogs loved the treats, and having them in the pod makes it mess free. I haven't tried making my own yet but got the freezer tray to give it a go one day.

Product good. Ordered large pupsicle holders and inserts but found that the large pupsicle treats as too small for the large holders.

Great selection and prompt service. I order from their wide selection and the delivery came 2 days later. Can’t fault them!

Amazing customer service. I reached out on the chat function to see on the off chance whether they stocked a longer length of a particular lead they stock. Whilst not on their website Benjamin found one in their warehouse and I was able to purchase and it was posted very quickly. Great communication, quick and trouble free. Will definitely be using their site again.

I have tried to contact you twice and both times you have failed to answer me, you failed to address a parcel properly and the Royal Mail rightly refused to deliver it
You have not displayed any kind of customer service but have been happy to take my money

I ordered the Pupsicle and freezer tray for my 13 weeks old lab pup. I bought the bigger size. I make her Pupsicles with mashed banana, Greek yoghurt and little pieces of apple, and smear the top with peanut butter. She only has them in her crate so she associates her crate with a yummy treat. Definitely keeps her quiet and all the licking helps her to keep calm and quiet. She’s not a fan of the crate but I have to work a couple of hours (sadly!!) Love it. Arrived fast and well packed. I think it’s a bit expensive but it’s well made, durable and definitely worth it for us. Thank you

Such brilliant service, order arrive on time and in good order.
This is a birthday gift for my son’s Dog in July.
He was given one for Christmas and loves it so much he’s worn it out.

The ordering of " woof" products was very easy and straight forward. Email.updates were a good way of tracking my order. Would be nice if other pupsicle items such as pupsicle pops/ vitamin pops and premade recipes ( I.e calming, balanced belly ) were also available in the UK as they are expensive to buy from USA once port tax added

Bought the woof pupsicle but after 1 use my dog who is a 4KG chihuaha / mini dashund cross had bitten big chunks out of the toy. In total it took about 20 minutes for her to finish the whole thing.
She did seem to love the taste of the treats but for the price £24.99 for the toy and £14.99 for 8 treats plus £2.99 shipping, it wasnt worth it.
