My dog loves this and wooof was the cheapest place to buy it

First purchase from wooof but would definitely buy again. The pupsicle has kept my dachshund entertained for nearly an hour! We brought the full package, toy, treats and moulds. Currently have some different flavours in the freezer ready to try!
Absolutely amazing!

Very good quality dog lead. Just as described and seen in the pictures. Was lovely to have the video of the product before I purchased. Well packaged and prompt delivery.

Great product quick delivery

Quick delivery, well designed product. Particularly like the “extra hand “ effect of clipping the lead around my waist. Great feeling to the thick rope lead and neat adjustment block

My experience with Wooof has been extremely poor. I purchased a Beepop toy that was so poorly constructed, I had to remove the label just to separate the attached components.
What I found underneath was shocking: loose plastic, stray threads, and an alarming amount of shedding fur. This toy is clearly a safety hazard for any pet. I promptly reached out to customer service, specifically Benjamin, explaining the defective nature of the product and providing proof.
Despite my clear communication about a defective and unsafe product, Wooof seems to be disregarding these serious concerns. I am still waiting for a proper response or resolution. It's unacceptable for a company to sell potentially dangerous products and then fail to address customer complaints about them. My dog has not been allowed near this toy.

Thank you for your response and for acknowledging my concerns regarding the Beepop toy. 

I appreciate you stating that you take feedback about dog safety seriously and that the issues I described, such as loose threads and shedding, are not typical.

I'm happy to return the toy for your inspection using the provided label, and I appreciate your assurance that a full refund will be processed if it's found to be defective, even with the tag removed.

However, I'd like to clarify the timeline of our communication. My initial email regarding the defective toy and my safety concerns was sent on July 9th, not July 11th. In that initial email, I detailed the defects and asked about the best course of action for a refund. The response I received to that email only stated that a return and refund would be possible if the label was intact, and it did not address my concerns about the toy being defective or offer an inspection as a solution.

Given that the first reply did not acknowledge the defect or offer an inspection for a refund, it was reasonable for me to assume my concerns about a defective product were being disregarded, particularly since the initial response focused solely on the intact label.

Recently we bought a pair of playday lickimat for a cat. Fast delivery. Product same as in picture. Described mesurements of lickimat. When you are looking for lickimat the mesurements is very important information. Especialy depht. Not everyone do that for online shoping. Cat is happy with the product. Thank you.

My 6 month old loves the pupsicle and we love it because it gives him 30+ minutes of enrichment.

My Dog loves it. He is a Frenchie and unlike with licki mats or kongs with this he doesn't take in loads of air. Win win for him and me !

The refillable pupsicle is an excellent quality item, tough and durable but easy to refill and clean. My dog loves it and is obsessed with the refills. I also love that I can refill it myself and give my dog some additional nutrients/ a cool treat in warm weather. The item was also delivered super quick

I ordered the pupsicle for my dog. After my dog had used the product for 25 minutes there were alot of dents, wear and tear and rubber which had come away from the toy. I approached Woof for a refund who declined stating the toy was still ok to use despite me sending a video showing the missing pieces of rubber. My dog is now 12 years old and we still have his original red kongs (12 years old) that are still in tact so I would say this toy is not of great quality and I will be taking this issue elsewhere

Great design, I love that the harness has both a front and top hook, giving you flexibility depending on the type of walk. The built-in handle is such a thoughtful touch, perfect for when you need a bit more control without relying on the lead. Plus, the colours are beautiful.
