Within a couple of days of submitting my 3 star review, I received a notification from the Royal Mail that a parcel from Wooof was on its way.
I today received the goods that hasn’t been sent in the first parcel along with a lovely hand written note and 3 packets of trays for my dog by way of apology and I’d like to say that I appreciate this gesture very much indeed. However I have not given 5 stars as it would’ve been nice to have been informed by the company about how long it may take to get the goods to me so I could have expected a delay. It would also have been nice to have received something from them to let me know they’d dispatched the goods. Whilst these are minor things, they make it a 5 star customer service.

I was very conflicted about how many stars to give as I’ve had mixed experiences with this company.
I made my first order with Wooof earlier this year and has a great experience - a good choice of goods, which arrived in good time and everything present and correct.
However, when I placed my second order, delivery was much slower (this wasn’t an issue but something to be aware of). The second order contained a couple of wrong items, even though the enclosed invoice showed what I had ordered, so there’d clearly been some failings in the packing department. I immediately contacted customer services and had an automated reply stating they’d get back to me within 2 working days. They didn’t. I gave it a decent amount of time (allowing for busy periods etc) and contacted them again. This time they DID reply stating that they’d send the correct items out to me. Almost a month later I still haven’t received them which is really disappointing. There has been no further contact from them which again is disappointing.
When you order a specific item, you really hope to receive what you ordered. If it’s temporarily out of stock or no longer available, that’s fair enough, but it would be nice to be kept informed of the situation and/or to be offered substitutes.
Not sure if I’ll be ordering from them again.

Good products, good website to navigate and delivered by the Royal Mail who do actually deliver parcels as promised (unlike certain other courier firms)

I got this dog harness because i bought one years ago and it’s lasted so well washed up great and still going so i purchased my second pug one now . They get so many compliments . The company delivered on time and am so happy i ordered from here . Will do so again very happy

My experience in buying from Wooof was good. But i do find it hard to do up and undo the popsicle. Refills are expensive. But . My dogs love them.

So originally orderd 2 leads only got one was told by accident another lead was sent but I did not receive.
Anyway to be fair this was rectified and I got the second lead I orderd so I'm happy now thank you 😊

Having already purchased the large size with great success, I decided to buy the XL as my dogs are now fully grown. This keeps them busy and chills them out while I am working. Great product and very durable.

My dog absolutely loves the Pupsicle toy! As soon as I take it out, his tail starts wagging like mad. It’s become our go-to for keeping him entertained, especially on rainy days or when I need a bit of quiet time. The design is super smart—it’s mess-free, durable, and easy to fill with his favourite treats or frozen goodies.

One of the best things about it is how calming it is for him. Licking is naturally soothing for dogs, and I’ve really noticed how much more settled he is during and after using it.
