Workflowmax By BlueRock INFERIOR PRODUCT - VERY DISAPPOINTED

To answer the question how has it been Migrating from Workflowmax to Workflowmax by BlueRock - I am NOT impressed with their lack of communication. We have used Workflowmax for a few years now and migrating to Workflowmax by Bluerock has been underwhelming to say the least.

We have used the Bluerock version since June 2024.

We are having issues as follows (quite a few more to list) :

There is time that is not being pulled through to the new month or pulling through 2 months later.

Time from July only pulled through in September.

Time for August has pulled through to September but we have already invoiced it.

We are unable to access reports because they are NOT READY yet.

Instead of being able to use Workflowmax as it was with enhancements, we cannot even access reports that were available in the old system. NO ONE REPLIES to anything.

Job Cost reports - unavailable

WIP - unavailable

When invoicing - descriptions are not pulling through so I have to copy and paste every description from what has been written by staff onto the invoice - VERY TIME CONSUMING.

Why not leave the old reports as they were until you can provide the new reports.

We are definitely moving to another system and I cannot wait!

Avoid this program

Avoid this program. After migration form the old WFM we have almost no business critical functions working. Bugs so numerous there were 2 full pages sent to help centre 3 months ago, have yet to have a response to any of them. Absolutley do not sign up to this program. We are moving to another system in the enxt few weeks. Terrible service delivery from Blue Rock and also the advisor company they assigned us.

This software is unfit for purpose - avoid it

We used the original Workflowmax without a problem for many years. Since Bluerock took over the product and launched their own version it has been a nightmare. Read the reviews on the Xero app store to get a flavour of what numerous bugs, missing features and non-existent support have meant to customers across the world. Avoid at all costs.

Not fit for purpose

Not Fit for purpose

Since the handover to Bluerock the product is WORSE than before. We were promised all sorts of improvements and none are working. I've held off leaving a review as I understand they would have had a huge handover. But it's gone beyond a joke.

I am unable to generate basic profitability reports and WIP reports in a format that suits my business. On top of that, features that were a selling point such as multicurrency are not rolled out yet and have no firm date when they will be.

The support is non responsive most of the time. I suspect they're inundated, but this is still poor.

I expect this review is too late for anyone who already decided to stick with WFM2.

I hope they get better quickly.

Do not recommend

Do not recommend. Not the same as the old workflow max that we were lead to believe. Reports are not fixed and some that we created are not there anymore. Many features not available. Can't delete a PO or amend even though the delete button is there, you can't click it. Receipts come through to Xero with a different cost code. Receipts come straight through to awaiting payment instead of draft so can be missed. It's not been thought out as much as I'd hoped. No support, no contact, just muddling through. Will not be staying with them, its not working. Not worth the money, we don't get what we need.

this is potentially a good product but…

this is potentially a good product but there are a lot of bugs - some very serious - and support is very slow

for example: two months ago I told them that the sales invoices and supplier bills Workflowmax was passing to Xero often had the wrong account numbers and tax codes and they still have not done anything about it

Migration WorkflowMax by Xero to WFM2 by Blue Rock

Just migrated from WorkflowMax by Xero to WorkflowMax by Blue Rock. Was to lead to believe that it would be basically the same product. It turns out not to be and different in more than just one or two places. Really frustrating as trying to get answers from Blue Rock but we have the time difference to contend with and they are obviously busy sorting out other issues.
