They have ended their partnership with Zoom but they have not email us about it in advance. Then when ask them about it, they just ignored and no reply from them. And the worst thing is there is no other way other than email them. If you want to unsubscribe, you can only email them to cancel. How hard to put a button for us to unsubscribe whenever we want? Customer have no freedom to do what we want? My account just got renewed in JULY 2024 and then..BOOM! End of partnership with zoom. Can anyone tell me is there any other way to get to them?

There is no way for them to serve customers, Zoom ended its business relationship with them and they never gave notice to us, their clients, there is no refund, nor answers from anywhere.

Terrible service.

Terrible, doesn’t work and have contacted to cancel 20 times over the last year and they are still taking money! Avoid

they took the money and no account activation, i spent days sending emails.....and no response....

They take your money and never activate your account. 3 messages still no communication.

Their customer support seems to have improved a lot recently. There’s a new web portal and it’s easier to manage my account now. Really thankful to Steve and Pamela who gave me a great discount and even refunded one of my charges. Wayyy cheaper than buying from Zoom directlt

I signed up to this service through a network marketing company.
I stopped working with the network marketing company, whom I thought would cancel this account too.
They didn't and, back in Feb 2022 I got an invoice for $155 for this service. I replied immediately to say I wanted to cancel and get a refund.
I didn't chase it and didn't get a refund but fully expected my account would be cancelled.
It wasn't and today they took another $155 from me.

So, I tried to use their 'online chat' to cancel it and get a refund.
They initially said there would be a 46 minute wait as I was number 10 in the queue.
Over an hour later, they just disconnected me.
I've started again - I'm now 8th in the queue with a 33 minute wait ahead of me - although this number has hardly changed over the last 15 minutes, so the predicted wait just seems to be a made up number.

And it happened again - predicted 33 minutes for about 40 minutes, dropped to 7th place and 20 minutes and then got cut off after less than 50 minutes. Absolute scam. Will have to go to the bank to ask for a chargeback on the credit card!

Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

They are just bottom feeders, looking to make a quick buck by making it REALLY hard to leave them.

I signed up with an account through a Network marketing company to get a discounted rate. Unfortunately, I did not need the service. I tried emailing them twice to cancel and finally reached someone who let me know my account was cancelled. I have not received 2 refunds for attempting to cancel before the billing cycle renewed. When I go on their online chat, it says that I'm #2 in the que and wait time is approx 11 minutes. My wait times have been well over 30 minutes and not able to contact them. Reaching this company and getting your problem resolved is horrendous.

Working Live has the slowest and least helpful customer support. TERRIBLE. Takes days and at times weeks to resolve an issue.
