Ahora se llaman iBrain, son unos profesionales del engaño y la estafa. Siempre he tenido problemas con ellos, hasta para pagar. El soporte es lento y malo, la mayoría de las veces no te dan solución y pueden pasar días e incluso semanas sin que se vea tu web o blog. Por si esto fuera poco acaban de suspenderme la cuenta porque "Your website is producing extreme load on our servers. We have therefore suspended your account." No me han justificado su decisión, ni me han dado derecho a réplica. En definitiva, unos auténticos sinvergüenzas y solo les deseo que algún día cierre la empresa.

Unfortunately, all reviews that rated 2 or below are correct. I moved all my other domains to another hosting service.
- Your domain wont stay available for long.
- Slow support
- It is not SDD ( everything is slow as F...! )
- Admin/Dashboard confusing and slow
- Big problems with security
- Possible Scam Website

VORSICHT! Das ist nicht mal zum testen zu empfehlen, außer man möchte gehackt werden.

iBraininc suceeded SDDpage as a website host. It has not supplied the product that we paid for since middle of 2023. Numerous efforts to find out why our website isn't available has led to not 1 explanation and our website since July 2023 is still not working or available on the web. The Support Department led by an employee named Nevin, continuously tells me that the problem is being sent to the person who takes care of such situations. Now 7 months is certainly enough time to find out why their product doesn't work for us.. I believe this company is just a SCAM that takes money from the users that need their product. I woiuld suggest not using this company as I've asked for a refund of money spent on their product and have not even got one response as to returning my investment in the website that doesn't work or exist for that matter. Don't waste your money and deal with a reputable company such as WordPress.

Worst ever service, I have purchased their service in a Lifetime web hosting deal from StackSocial, since day 1 their service was pathetic, after few days they have removed my domain, I was not using that domain at that time so I let it go, but then I need hosting for an addon domain I requested them to provide me access, they never provided me service, just make excuses that they have some guy when he will came he will provide me access 8 days have passed asking them about service but never replied properly nor treated as customer, worst service never purchase hosting from them, dont even think about it

At first, the customer care was responsive and professional, when it started getting serious and having more technical issues, they ignored my tickets and didn't respond at all. I understand some of my technical issues require budget to solve but at least they have to be transparent about it. If you are working on professional website such as ecommerce or Saas, this is not the host you need except if you want to run a simple blog.

Blocks Googlebot from crawling sitemaps. Lost all traffic to website because of incorrect configuration. Losing client as result. Support is incompetent to the point of being malicious. May as well talk to a trash can, the conversation will be better than talking to their support staff.
