Clothing sizes were off slightly
Clothing sizes were off slightly, although the quality of the clothing was very good. Returning the items was a nightmare, as such I ended up paying for the items that I did not want, which i returned! Customer service is poor.

We are pleased to hear that you were happy with the quality of the clothing, and we are sorry that the sizing was not suitable for your employees.
We would, however, like to clarify the circumstances surrounding your return. A returns authorisation was provided on 1 April, together with instructions advising that the items needed to be returned within the applicable returns period. Unfortunately, the goods were not received back at our warehouse until 12 June, considerably outside the 30-day period.
We appreciate that you subsequently explained that you had experienced difficulties arranging collection of the parcel. Unfortunately, as the items were received outside the permitted returns period, we were unable to accept the return or issue a refund.
We have remained in correspondence with you regarding the items and have offered to return them to you.
We are sorry that you are disappointed with the outcome, but we trust this clarifies why the refund requested could not be processed.

First time I bought from this company…
First time I bought from this company and was worried they would only sell to businesses. I am an elderly gardener but the Ansell gloves have been my mainstay for all rough gardening jobs. I was delighted to be able to buy these gloves again and hope to for many years to come.

Probably good if everything goes ok - but customer service is non-existent
Ordering process was great, very straightforward and delivery times were as described.
Sadly that's where the positives end...
Ordered 3 pairs of trousers, all the same style and size. One pair is evidently mislabelled and is a size down from what it should be.
Contacted them through the return/refund process on their website and after receiving an initial reponse acknowledging my request, I've had no correspondence since.
It's been nearly 3 weeks since placing the order and seemingly no closer to a resolution.

I’ve been waiting for an order longer…
I’ve been waiting for an order longer than the website’s description of 3-4 days. I’ve been told by a representative over the phone that they do not know why the order has yet to reach me. No answer. So I have to wait yet again 3-4 days — more like 3-4 weeks. This company should really update their website.
