Ordered Helly Hanson work boots for my husband on 06/09/26 and still not recieved them emailed several times and still no reply also tried phoning but cannot take calls.
Boots have now been delivered some communication that there was a problem would have been helpful

I bought a pair of work boots from them—not cheap ones, costing over £120. The size wasn't right, so I returned them. For a couple of months, they kept sending messages saying they needed to check the item, hadn't entered it into the system yet, or were just about to process the refund... eventually, they stopped answering emails and phone calls altogether. I tried to get the money back through my bank, but they said that since more than 120 days had passed, there was nothing they could do. Basically, they just stole the money.

Took my money, over £100 and then said the boots I ordered would take a week to arrive. I was polite but unhappy. That turned in to 3 weeks and they started ignoring my emails. I cancelled my order twice, two months later they tried to send me the boots and I refused the delivery. The bank got involved and they did refund me after three and half months. Do not use.

I was scammed out of £150 and lost contact. I advise you to stay away from this company, they are thieves.

Same issue as everyone else on here, placed order and never received it.

Same reply to email as everyone else, delayed from warehouse in Holland. Placed order on the 25th July.

Just emailed again to see if I get a reply.

Do not touch these scammers with your hard earned money.

Same experience as others here. Placed an order, money taken and absolutely no correspondence from them at all apart from an order confirmation. I eventually gave up and initiated a chargeback with my bank. Avoid this company at all costs!

DO NOT BUY from this company you won’t get your product ordered boa helly Hansen boots after two emails with them they have stopped replying and there is a back log from helly Hanson that’s what you will get as an excuse and then blanked

Scammers. Don’t send order. Phone number doesn’t work. Reported these to the police and trading standards.

SCAMMERS!!! If you like giving you're hard earned cash to company's and getting nothing in return then workwear online shop is the place to go, stupidly I never read these reviews first before trying to purchase a pair of boots, its now been 5 weeks fobbed off a few times with the old there's been a delay we're expecting them this week bs, the only option i had left was to go to my bank and report it, hopefully I'll get a refund that way.

Order boots on the 29th July now on the 22nd august still not received no reply to emails don’t use this company

Bought a set of helly hansen boots delivery says it was 3-5 days, after I purchased them it says in small print wait 7-9 working days, ok no problem it’s now been close to 15 working days. I emailed customer support saying I no longer want the boots and want a full refund. Their reply was simply if I got the boots from someone else I’ll have the same issues and I’ll have the boots soon. Feels like a scam don’t use this site.

Ordered work boots over 6 weeks ago and still nothing.The contact number doesn’t pick up and they don’t reply to the customer service emails.
I can’t believe they can still have a website that’s still allowing people to order from.
I feel like I’ve lost my money! Avoid this 💩 company.

This company is a scam. Order not delivered and customer service doesn't respond and no working phone line either.

Same problem as most. Ordered boots 3 weeks ago and they hadn't been dispatched by over a week later. Contacted them and they said would have them in a few days. Not replying to emails and when I tried the telephone number surprise, surprise, they are having problems with that too. Absolute scammers! Will be contacting my back for a refund.

Awful company had no dispatch email phoned multiple times to get a automated line will some rubbish about they can’t except calls right now I payed through clearpay so hopefully covered but this website is a scam thought it would be okay as you could use clearpay ect I’m well over the time it says for delivery and I didn’t even order hellyhansen which has a longer delivery for some reason so avoid at all cost terrible terrible terrible

I ordered some shoes in June, they didn’t arrive. Then they replied to say they are having some issues and will be with me in 7-10 days, 15 days later and I still have nothing.

They don't reply until I send several emails and no signs of the shoes.

Very disappointing experience. My order was delayed due to what the company described as a system error, and I had to chase them several times before I finally received it. Unfortunately, the shoes did not fit, so I contacted customer service to request a return. Despite sending an email, I have received no response. Poor communication and disappointing after-sales support. I would not recommend this store based on my experience.

SHAME WE CANT GIVE A ZERO STAR. THIS COMPANY IS DIABOLICAL. SPEAK TO YOUR BANK WE GOT A FULL REFUND. MADE CONTACT ONCE VIA PHONE THEN HAD NO MEANS OF SPEAKING TO THEM. NOT 100% A SCAM AS SOME HAVE GOOD REVIEWS. I WOULD AVOID NOT WORTH THE HASSLE !!!!! POOR SERVICE DEFO SPEAK TO BANK TO GET FULL REFUND.

SCAMMERS stay away from them. I ordered some work boots they never arrived I’ve asked for a refund been waiting a couple of weeks for my money back and they are not replying to emails.

I ordered some work boots on the 23rd April and it took nearly 60 days to arrive I sent numerous emails to Hazel who was customer service and she kept giving me false infomation saying the will arive next week etc and saying they had problems where they supply from but would not tell me. She was withholding information about my boots, I asked to put a complaint in she said she would make a note on the system I said NO give me an email she said she couldnt and then gave me a finance email to message about a complaint because the website one was invalid and she said that to me.

After I sent the email to finance team anyway off her instruction this gave me the write after so many days to get the ombudsman scheme involved, also I checked the company online and it had just Hazel and the directors name on there So i used this information in the final email i sent to her quoting the directors name and saying I will get the ombudsman scheme involved and funny enough my boots was sent and delivered within 24hrs

Shambles of a company and needs bringing to its charges! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!
