Hi Paul, sorry we're slightly confused, you placed an order on Saturday and got in touch within 2 days requesting for the delivery address to be changed to your work address as you have fallen out with your neighbours and don't want them accepting parcels on your behalf, we have actioned this and you are now requesting for the parcel to be left at a parcel shop which isn't possible as this is a signed service due to value, the order is processed and is going direct to your works address as requested by yourself, we have checked the tracking and can see your order has been delivered within the given timeframes on our website.
Further to this we don't appreciate you calling our offices and swearing at our staff members.

DONT BUY FROM IF YOU NEED URGENT!
So I ordered work trousers and boots on the Friday 23/05/25, the Monday following was a bank holiday so I’ll give them an extra day or so, however, we are on the 4th of June now and they haven’t even been shipped to my courier yet. Any time you contact them they pass the buck to the maker of the clothing and say allow 5-8 business days which is a joke in its self. It would take me 19 hours and 41 minutes to drive to Poland to collect the work trousers(where they are coming from apparently), I could have drove there and back, spent a week visiting the country in my work trousers and still been back at work with them days ago. Won’t be ordering from this place again. Easy to use site but buy a month in advance. They don’t even give you the decency to tell you they purchase the clothing this way and there will be a wait time. Cut out the middle man and buy from original supplier.

Hi James, sorry I'm unsure if you have read our delivery tab regarding different brands and estimated deliveries, due to the bank holiday last week the trousers were only sent from Snickers on Tuesday and we advise 5-8 working days for their deliveries as some of their stock is sent from Snickers Poland, we hold many sizes of this trouser however we only hold majority stock of the 32" leg as this is the most popular size, the long leg sizes are ordered direct from suppliers, we will have your order dispatched for you shortly.
Just for further clarification we do have a banner at the top of our website advising to check our delivery tab prior to ordering to avoid any confusion with delivery times.

Hi Cosmin, I'm not sure if you read the large banner at the top of our website asking you to get in touch prior to ordering if your order was urgent and to read the delivery tab prior to ordering to check the lead times. It clearly states that the Helly Hansen can on some occasions be sent direct from the supplier Helly Hansen and can take upto 5-8 WORKING DAYS.
You ordered on the 16th, were sent two emails, one at 8.30am and one at 9.58am again explaining the delivery times and giving you the UK tracking number, which will become active as soon as it clears customs.
Today is 5 working days into your purchase, I can see from the EU tracking that your item is in the UK now, so your item should be with you within the 5-8 working days we quoted prior to your purchase.
60% of our sales are dispatched direct from our UK warehouse and are delivered in 1-3 days, but with 146,000 lines available to purchase, we only keep the core selling lines here, which is why we advise contacting us prior to ordering.
I hope this clarifys.

I WISH I HAD READ OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING. They keep no stock. Items are shipped from Poland. I asked to cancel my order after 8 days and was told it had just cleared UK customs. Funny that, as I was told the same story previously. I could not cancel without incurring a charge.
Ordered the exact same trousers from Screwfix and they arrived the next day, AND COST LESS MONEY.
READ THE REVIEWS FIRST, LIKE I DIDNT.

Hoodie ordered on the 10th of December, notified the same day that the colourway was out of stock so I agreed to a different colour. I emailed a week later to enquire as to its status and received the following response on 17 Dec.
“ Hi Mike, this has been sent from Carhartt Amsterdam on 5-8 working days delivery and is currently processing customs, should be with you before the end of this week.

As the Hoodie was a Christmas gift to my partner I was now satisfied it would arrive in time. Today, December 20 I received this email.
“ Hi Mike, sorry we have another issue with your order as the alternative colour has now gone on back order and Carhartt only just made us aware, would either navy, apple butter heather, fog blue or marmalade heather be suitable to dispatch, we have these colours in our warehouse so can be dispatched straight away.

This means that I was lied to about the item being already being processed by customs and having been dispatched and has now left me with no time to buy my partner a gift that will arrive in time. I’m so angry that I would be lied to in this way with the email on the 17th clearly stating that the item had been sent. I even enquired to make sure that this would not happen. Awful, awful service. I’m sure worknation will state that the items are shipped by Carhartt and this is out of thier control etc but the fact remains that the email told me the item had been shipped and it hadn’t, some transparency would be been appreciated from the start so that I could have made an informed decision and made another purchase when I it was obvious the item was delayed. I called WN today and did receive an instant refund so I will acknowledge this , however the fact remains they lied to a customer no matter how they want to word it.

Hi, apologies for the confusion, we were given a tracking number for a pallet of stock from Carhatt that had cleared customs, that we mistakenly believed your item was on, however when the pallet arrived with us today and was checked it appeared not to be. Hence our email to you offering only colours that we physically stock in our warehouse and could guarantee would be with you Monday latest.
