Our journey began a long time ago, with a deep desire to become dads one day. A few years ago we met, fell in love, got married , bought a house with a nice garden and of course one thing was missing : a child to fill this house, our life with joy. We began to search for the perfect surrogacy agency, we wanted to stay in Europe, that’s how our path came across WCOB. It was so easy to have a video meeting with one of the lovely members who answered all our questions. WCOB takes care of everything, every little detail . Moreover we are fully supported all the way, whenever we have a question or a doubt, our coordinator Marina is always there to help us, reassure us and answer our questions with kindness and compassion. And the best gift ever is finally coming soon : a baby boy expected to be born in a few months. We will never thank WCOB enough for their support, generosity, professionalism, compassion, empathy, kindness and dedication to help people build their future families!

WARNING: Our Experience with World Center of Baby – A Complete Failure

We trusted World Center of Baby (WCOB) with one of the most important journeys of our lives: becoming parents. What happened to us should never happen to anyone.
Due to gross negligence and fraudulent practices by WCOB and the clinic they use in Mexico, we lost our embryos—the very foundation of our dream. WCOB was responsible for coordinating and monitoring a smooth process. It failed. Here are the facts:

Fraudulent Charges: The clinic requested payment for an “import authorization” that never existed. Emails from WCOB confirmed the permit was supposedly in place.
Regulatory Failures: Mandatory permits were never secured, and our embryos were misclassified to bypass regulations.
Customs Disaster: Errors by the clinic triggered a months-long customs procedure. Their inadequate response rendered our embryos unusable.
Zero Accountability: WCOB and its Director, Malvina Jones, abandoned responsibility and refused to refund costs on a contract that could never be executed.
Operational Negligence: No proper nitrogen management, no monitoring, no technical oversight—basic protocols were ignored.

We invested thousands of dollars, two years of medical treatments, and trusted their leadership. Instead, we faced stress, emotional damage, and financial loss. We have extensive documented evidence—emails, WhatsApp messages, and official records—proving these failures. We are pursuing legal action in multiple countries.
Future parents: DO NOT TRUST World Center of Baby.

I always wanted a daughter, and now that I've finally become a father it really is the best feeling in the world! Can’t even express all the emotions I’m going through. Being a parent isn't easy. Those first several weeks were super intense, but it's worth every single moment. Your life changes in ways you can't even imagine and you start caring about this little person so much that it changes you for the best. It gives a sense of purpose, and I’m beyond happy to finally get it. Looking back now, the whole surrogacy process feels like a very distant memory. We’ve done surrogacy with WCOB Ukraine. An outstanding service and attention to both our surrogate and our needs. With the war going we took surrogate care very seriously. We’ve been in contact with both our coordinator and the carrier, and we’re positive she’s been treated well. Everyone involved in our journey showed professionalism and commitment. Being parents is all we dreamed of, thanks for making it real.

We did our journey with wcob in Mexico and wanna give back to the surrogacy community with this review. We’re extra grateful for every piece of information that people share about their surrogacy.
Wcob went through a series of changes during our surrogacy in Mexico. A new coordinator and a better one! The response time shortened and we felt like the agency is actively trying to improve.
The hardest part was waiting. Waiting for the match, transfers, and then after the baby is born you have to wait for the embassy to do their job too. Just be patient and don’t expect everything to happen quick. Medical care we would rate very highly. No health issues with our baby nor with a gestational carrier.

After years of trying and falling our doctor finally suggested surrogacy. We were hesitant at first but so glad we decided to gofor it! We went with the World center of babies and they helped us every step of the way.. The coordinators were really supportive throughout the whole process and made everything feel less overwhelming. Our surrogate was amazing and we're so grateful to her and the entire agency team. We're now a happy family of three! Can't recommend them enough if you're going through the same struggle we did.

My internal experience with World Center of Baby raised serious concerns about how they operate

I want to clarify that I interacted with World Center of Baby from the inside, and what I observed made me very worried about the level of transparency and reliability this company provides to intended parents.

Throughout my time being involved in their operations, I repeatedly witnessed issues such as:

Promises being changed or not followed through

Important information being communicated inconsistently

Internal processes that were disorganized or unclear

A lack of structure in situations where intended parents needed certainty

Decisions being made without transparency

These patterns made me question how the company handles something as serious and emotionally sensitive as the surrogacy journey. When families are trusting an agency with their future child, clarity and reliability are absolutely essential.

Based on what I personally saw inside the organization, I believe that intended parents should approach World Center of Baby with caution. I strongly recommend documenting every agreement and asking for full transparency before committing to anything.

In a field where trust is everything, I did not see the level of consistency or professionalism that intended parents deserve.

I agree that surrogacy is complex, but my concerns relate to internal communication, not external logistics.

To clarify, the issues I described were based on:

– receiving conflicting information from different representatives
– repeated changes to previously confirmed details
– delays beyond the dates communicated to me
– mismatches between what was promised and what was later stated

These inconsistencies made it difficult to rely on internal commitments. I shared this experience only after trying to resolve matters privately.

My intention isn’t to harm the company but to provide honest insight to help future intended parents make informed decisions about trust, transparency, and reliability.

After an extensive research into domestic and international surrogacy agencies, my husband and I finally decided on World Center of Baby. We already had frozen embryos and their program for surrogacy with shipped embryos seemed like the perfect option for us. We mainly opted for this agency because of our coordinators- they were very involved, personal, reassuring and answered all of our concerns with great consideration. This is a very emotional and delicate situation, and it meant a lot to us to have such support along the way. About a month into signing the contract, we shipped our embryos and soon after our coordinator let us know that they have a match for us. We really liked our surrogate mom and she started the protocol right away. We were extremely lucky our surrogate became pregnant on the first try. We signed the contract in August and in September of the following year our baby was born. Even though we were so far away during the process and the pregnancy, our coordinator was keeping us posted on every doctor’s visit, every ultrasound, sent us reports and videos of our baby’s doppler tests. The exit process was made extremely easy for us as the agency took care of all the legal paperwork and notarization services. They provided all the documentation required by our embassy. What sets this agency apart is their professionalism, dedication, and their personal approach to handling these matters. We are very grateful to the entire team for such an amazing experience!

I had a very bad experience with WCOB. The promised services were not delivered, the egg donor database was outdated, and several serious mistakes occurred during the process. Frozen and even refrozen samples were used without my consent.
Communication was poor, documents appeared to be altered, and a promised refund was only partially paid (Lost 12.000 USD).
I strongly advise against working with this agency.

I would like to clarify that my identity and case are fully known to WCOB, and I have already communicated directly with your team many times. All issues mentioned in my review were discussed with WCOB in detail, including the documented mistakes, the use of frozen/refrozen samples without my consent, outdated donor information, and incomplete refunds.

Your public reply suggests that my statements do not match your internal records. Therefore, I formally invite you to provide the specific documentation that allegedly contradicts my experience – something I have repeatedly requested from your team without receiving a clear response.

Stating that “no biological material is ever used without written consent” does not align with what actually happened in my case.

Regarding financial matters: according to our contract, the refund owed to me was not paid in full. This is also documented.

I remain fully available for communication. However, asking me again to “verify my identity” publicly, after months of correspondence and detailed case discussions, is inappropriate and misleading.

I stand by every point of my review.

From the very first day, the team clearly explained every step of the process and guided us with care and professionalism. They were always there for us answering all our questions quickly and confidently, which gave us so much peace of mind.

They handled everything, from the legal aspects to matching us with the perfect surrogate mother, and stood by our side from start to finish.

Nous sommes un couple français et nous avons tenté l'aventure avec WCOB pour avoir notre bébé.
Malgré les difficultés que connaît l'Ukraine , nous avons réussi magnifiquement notre parcours car nous avons eu notre adorable garçon en février. Nous remercions l'équipe de WCOB et bien sûr, notre mère porteuse qui a été admirable et que nous avons eu plaisir de rencontrer pour des émotions et des souvenirs gravés à vie.
Mais au delà de ce parcours sans faute, malgré les hauts et les bas, c'est plutôt pour notre coordinatrice France, Maryna Yasinskaya, que nous mettons les 5 étoiles. Nous la recommandons sans hésiter. C'est une jeune femme exceptionnelle, douce, positive et empathique. Elle ne nous a jamais lâché la main quand certaines difficultés administratives, non liées à WCOB se sont présentées. Elle a été la seule à faire face aux problèmes et a réussi à nous résoudre notre souci. Humainement, c'est une personne sur qui l'on peut compter. C'est un parcours d'entraide, notre mère porteuse, notre donneuse d'ovocyte et notre Maryna. Bravo pour son travail.

World Center of Baby made our wish come true!
We were searching for a surrogate program abroad because in our country is not legal. We found WCOB on the internet. Initially we were sceptical about anything related to surrogacy program abroad but we had no other way that we could have our own baby. We chose WOCB after some research because they seemed more professional and more experienced than others.
The updates during the pregnancy were good and reassuring even though sometimes it took longer to receive the translated version or had small delays and beeing far away, it made us anxious until we received the updates letting us everyhing is ok.
In terms of communicating with the surrogate mother, everything was smooth, we had 2 video calls with her, answered all the questions, gave us updates.
We were updated constantly about the health of SM and our baby, giving us peace of mind.
We didn’t have any problems with the documents and didn’t have any difficulties with the legal part.
We had support on the way to parenthood from the WCOB, the medical staff and our family.
Initially our embryos were in Georgia but were moved to Ukraine as the Giorgian law changed for surrogacy. Choosing Ukraine was the right choice in the end. Our baby was born in Kyiv which is a beautiful city and we will probably want to come back once the war is over.
To prepare for the birth of our baby, we made sure we had everything that we need in terms of documents, baby stuff and kept in touch with our representative from WCOB so we can be ready to leave for Ukraine the next minute after we were informed that SM is going to the hospital to prepare for birth.
We spent the next almost 3 weeks in Kyiv, slept in the hospital after our child was born, we moved after 3 days to the hotel while our documents were ready. It was a tiring and stressfull journey especially beeing a complete stranger in Ukraine but in the end it was worth it because we have our miracle.
The WCOB team was professional. During our stay we felt a few times that the communication was not great but things are moving slower in Ukraine (beeing at war) and we were not the only parents at that time (in Ukraine with WCOB) so we can understand. Maybe having more staff in the team so they can communicate better with the intended parents could be an option. After all, neither of these small things matter now as we have our baby.
The advice that we can give to intended parents is to do their research, read every review (as we did), be prepared to stay more than planned in Ukraine, don’t lose focus and hope on the end result (your baby). Have patience! We’ve met intended parents that stayed 6 weeks (from another company and from another country). We recommend WCOB.
For us it was the right choice. Our dream came true! God bless!

Communication with our coordinator (Daria) was very good. She was dedicated and professional. The medical facilities in Famagusta (Cyprus), were excellent. This includes the birth hospital and all staff there. Also, our interpreter (Oksana) was excellent. Not to mention our surrogate who is an amazing woman.

We couldn’t be happier with our decision to choose World Center of Baby to guide us through our whole surrogacy process.
They are always there when we need them and they really try to respond as soon as possible. We feel really comfortable and safe during a time which is a rollercoaster of feelings. We cannot wait to take our next steps in finding a surrogate mother and become our own little family. We know for sure that this organisation helps us to get one step closer to a dream we couldn’t image to come true! My husband and I used world center of baby agency and are happy to leave this review. The whole team, from the intake manager and coordinator to the clinic staff and lawyers, are amazing people who care deeply for our success and comfort. We feel lucky to use that agency. One of the pleasant surprises was the overall speed of the process. Matching and transfers happened in a matter of months

We signed up with a given timeline and the dragged everything out for months and months and months. They lied to us about waiting for the donor's medical clearance but then admitted their doctor was just too busy. Since they had not provided us with anything but months of texts we want our money back. But they have just cut off communication and will not give us our money back.

They don't deserve a review, absolutely disgusting, I asked them 4 questions, they are truly bad at communicating.

I am struggling to talk to them.
Please don't waste your money avd time on them.
Imagine you give them money and begging them for an answer.
No thank you.

My partner and I have done our first surrogacy with Wcb Mexico and now consider a sibling journey (gosh I hate the word journey) We sailed through the initial phases with great ease. The handling from the agency was professional. They are generally quick to respond, especially when it comes to pressing matters. We started with Tetiana and later were reassigned to Anastasia. As a coordinator she is quite efficient and has that unique uplifting vibe.
Donor and carrier matching processes are well structured, we matched quickly both times. We always had the feeling that the agency had our backs. Our carrier also expressed that she felt supported throughout the process. We require some time to recuperate and get hold of this new parenting life fully. We’re definitely planning round two tho
