Absolutely excellent experience. Just finished my second bathroom renovation with World of Tiles. The best thing about the shop in Mullingar is Jason. Jason is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and can give great advice. Every time he is in the shop he is always smiling and helpful. This is my third major DIY project that Jason has helped and advised me on and it certainly won't be the last. ABSOLUTELY EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE.

World of Tiles-Mullingar
Both Jason and Mark are a pleasure to deal with. Patient and give great advice. The lads in the warehouse are friendly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for tiles.

I ordered engineered flooring on sale, then a salesman rang and said it wasn't in stock and they would refund me. It's been almost 2 weeks now and no sign of my money back! Not ideal in the middle of a house build! AVOID

We just bought tiles for the kitchen while our kids made a lot of noise playing in the show room lol. The sale assistant remained kind, focus and friendly throughout the whole process. We really appreciated that x

We were looking for value and customer service and boy did we get in spades in WOT Limerick.
From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed heartily and were treated extremely well by Catherine and the team. We've been back several times (even though it's well out of our way) just because of the overall service we receive on every visit. Catherine was an absolute pleasure and guided us through choices of which we had no idea of where to start. Catherine has been instrumental in planning and coordinating every room in our house. Thanks to all the team in Limerick with a special mention for Catherine.

We arrived at 5.30pm to Wotld of Tiles Limerick where Catherine greeted us with a smile and a chat. She could not have been nicer, more helpful and accommodating. Eventhough, closing time was 6pm there was absolutely no rush in us having to leave the shop. A lovely young lady. You're lucky to have her!
