Crystal clear true to life images of the products on website. Very easy to shop and place order, next day delivery which arrived on time. Exceptional quality of wallpaper and designs. I choose at a designer shop, a £2000 per panel wallpaper of hand painted peacocks thay I loved. Then sourced very similar wallpaper from here that was extremely cheap and affordable, yet it looked just as great marginal difference the naked eye would notice.

I love the wallpaper I bought
I love the wallpaper I bought. I chose a plain grey which luckily needed no matching. It looks really classy. Love it. Also I had to order more and coustmer service where great and the wallpaper was delivered the next day as did the first batch.

Unfortunately disappointed
Unfortunately, I’m disappointed with the small size of the samples that I purchased, they are not even one full pattern drop, so not big enough to get an idea of how they’d look on my walls.

About to order!!
Wish I could order… but still waiting for samples - only Laura Ashley samples arrived so far.
Edit: The other samples arrived this afternoon [4 days after the others] and really amazed to see that they are huge, a proper wallpaper width.. not an A4 size. We are hoping to paoer on lime plaster and had previously found paper that was a bit vinyl… These are all more paper based and hugely more friendly price wise… in case the paper falls off after a few months, [thanks architect…. ] but we’re going to risk it.

Still waiting for 1 sample a week later if I like the paper I shall order from somewhere else terrible service ordered from some more samples from another company and they were here in a couple of days how much longer have you got to wait go somewhere else if not here tomorrow shall cancel and go elsewhere

Not Happy…..
Well, I’ve just received a email asking how my new wallpaper looks?….. I mean it probably would have looked lovely if it had of even turned up!….. I sent an email asking where it had got to and never received a reply!. Very disappointed - I’ve spent over £80 on my order to lose every single penny!.

Late delivery and terrible service (never again)
They do not offer next day delivery service but will have no issue charging you for it. Do not pay the extra charge expecting tge delivery to be on time at all! The customer service is horrendous and will avoid accountability.

Beautiful wallpaper- worth the wait
HiI ordered on the 30th March, Despatch of my order wasn't in the timeframe stated but we also had a bank holiday weekend which didnt help. But i called them on the 7th and the guy was great and apologized and they did rectify it and kindly arranged to sent it out on the 7th April on a next day delivery at no extra charge and I received it on the 8th April, it went straight up in my youngests bedroom as soon as it arrived and his room is now finished. The paper is excellent quality and looks beautiful on the wall, well worth the price & the wait 😍 thank you World of Wallpaper will be sure to order again.
