Love our new wallpaper
We ordered two different wallpapers, one for the hallway and the other for the lounge. We are delighted with both.
They are excellent quality and reasonably priced.

Love this wallpaper shop. Caters for all tastes and price ranges. The £15 walllpaper I bought went up as easy as an £80 wallpaper I bought from a different website ..suffice to say I'll be sticking to WoW for my wallpaper from now on !

Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. I cannot believe it took a full month just to receive a single wallpaper sample. To be clear, I only received confirmation that the sample had been dispatched after a month of waiting, and it then arrived within two days. So this was clearly not a Royal Mail issue, but a failure on the company's part to send the sample in a timely manner. At no point during that time did anyone contact me with an update.
If it takes them a month just to dispatch a sample, I dread to think how long I would have been waiting for the actual rolls of wallpaper. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company or order from them again. Frankly, a completely useless service.

Novice at hanging wallpaper
Novice at hanging wallpaper. The paper I chose had to be pasted before hanging this is not good for a novice. I tried and failed I tried again and again and failed I just could not get the paper to cut without tearing I was devastated. I loved the paper but I had to throw it in the bin. I wish I had have known more about the traditional type of wallpaper being difficult to manage as I would have bought a more manageable wallpaper.

The two rolls we ordered came straight away, then we realised we were a bit short. So we only paid another £6 and a replacement arrived the very next day. And the wallpaper is absolutely beautiful.

Wrong shades in the same batch
We ordered 6 rolls of herringbone wallpaper, the final roll was a darker shade to the remaining of the wallpaper which we had done in the room. We ordered another wallpaper roll as we was two pieces short. The new roll matched the rest of the wallpaper however the 6th roll in the box when we originally ordered was a different shade. I have emailed to have this corrected and to be reimbursed as i have had to pay the painter and decorator to try and sort this out and have had to order additional rolls. Customer service agent has taken no responsibility for this however i now await a further response as i have asked for this to be escalated as the wallpaper is not cheap!

Great product and service. Competitively priced.
My first time wallpapering! Found just the pattern we needed for our porch on World Of Wallpaper, WOW! (See what they did there?) after searching many websites we finally found them. Great quality product, great communications and speedy postage. The price was very competitive priced too. Our measurement's said we needed three rolls, but I purchased four. (Glad i did, i needed the fourth due to my mistakes!)
Can highly recommend World Of Wallpaper, and will definitely use them again.
