I paid a lot of money for a year of hosting.
Then my 3 websites kept disappearing offline.
On 8th September 2023, to my horror they were down again, so I contacted Catalin who supposedly runs this useless hosting company and he said he could do nothing as he was away on holiday.
I submitted a support ticket but hours later my sites were still down.I was at my wits end. It was a Friday and usually a peak time for business for me, and I was losing income and clients.
I ended up having to switch to a new host.
I have been refused a refund on the grounds that 14 days have passed since I signed up with this awful company.
I am taking this further and will be reporting them to the authorities and seeking legal advice.
Their tech support is panifully slow, they all work from home, they are disrespectful, incompetent, they do not look after your sites, they charge the earth for work you commission them to do on your website and days later they still haven't managed to fix site bugs so I have ended up having to pay all over again for developers from another company to fix the faults this uselss company failed to fix, amid endless feeble excuses as to why they were unable to fix the bugs.
These people need to be closed down and banned from trading.
The service is utterly diabolical, not fit for purpose, hugely expensive, diabolically poor service, unreliable and they have compromised my income, business and business reputation with their incompetence. They are completely unprofessional.
My advice - STEER WELL CLEAR OF THEM.
DO NOT pay these people a single penny of your hard earned cash. BAD COMPANY.

Our customer service both at the live chat and ticketing system we have is regularly tested regularly monitored by a senior manager of all those departments in order to make sure that we understand your request/s and that we help you in a timely manner. Please be assured that your comments will be passed on to be reviewed by our service development team- your feedback is important to us for helping improve our services. (Monday to Friday: 8.30 am to 8 pm, Saturday: 9 am to 5.30 pm, Sunday: 10 am to 5.30 pm).
However, upon a very deep verification of all the tickets and live chats you have had with us since 27.07.2023 up to today 11.09.2023, I could see once again all the communications back and forward you have had with the staff from each department you have contacted us on and I can see very clearly that they have responded to you in time and helped you as best they could and also some of the staff went the extra mile to help you with things you have had on your website, even though in the web hosting plan that you have had with us, it clearly says that we as a hosting company, we do NOT fix your website if you or someone else that works on your website has broken the website! That being said I can clearly see the same thing as my colleagues could see at the time, that your website has been a few times been worked on and the website/s broke down due to the outcome of your work which again has nothing to do with us. Anyway, I want to be clear on this as our terms of use say, that we did not fix the website if you break it and therefore have no responsibility at all if you break your website. However, we have maintenance plans that involve fixing broken websites and my colleagues told you about it on several occasions, but you decided not to purchase that service. Outside a maintenance plan, the only responsibility we have is to bring your website back up online from a backup you have with us, which we have already done twice. Any other hosting company will tell you the same! Again I am not sure I understand your disappointment or the bad experience you have had with our custom service. I clearly see nothing wrongdoing on our side. I must say we are very disappointed to see this review which is not genuine! but rather based on a made-up experience of yours. We have clear evidence and we are ready to provide them anytime we need to in order to conclude this case. That being said, I must admit this is the first time we got a bad review based on an experience that turned out to be made up. On the other hand, could you please provide us evidence of the bad experience that you said you had with us in order to conclude this review? Also, according to our terms and conditions, you can see that we do not issue refunds for hosting plans that pass the 30-day money-back guarantee! and/or especially when we see that we have done the best to our ability to help you with our great customer service for the service/s you have purchased with us. We are always ready to issue refunds without any problems to clients based on a genuine review and/or bad experience they might have had with us with immediate effect! However, upon investigating your case, we could not refund you for a service that we have provided for you to the best of our knowledge and according to our terms of use which you agreed to when you signed up with us. That being said and considering the evidence of no wrongdoing from us, we kindly ask you to remove this review that is untrue! Thanks.
