Rebecca Saunders - The best in the business

My wife and I had gone through some recent difficult times with another solicitor on a previous property, we didn't actually end up buying that property, having sold ours this meant we had to go into rented accommodation (eventually) and move 3 times in the space of month before Christmas with 2 young kids! Not much fun!

We decided to search for Rebecca as she had helped us with a previous property purchase so we knew we could trust her, and after losing nearly 13k with the last sale and solicitor we needed someone we could rely on.

Rebecca is by far the best in the business, she is an outstanding professional who I believe is a credit to her company and chosen profession

From start to finish she helped us with our purchase. She went the extra mile to offer a solution, chased and chased other parts of our buying chain and did so much more than we had expected. She contacted us frequently with information and always returned an email on the same day, I honestly can't praise her enough at how good she is at her job. If we ever buy another property she will be the only person we choose.

She's that good, she even knew how good the weather was in Cyprus when whilst we were on holiday!!! Honestly, her attention to detail is unparalleled , she's worth every penny.

Staff were rude, unhelpful and difficult to contact. Took far too long to complete and they got simple details like the price of the house wrong…

I have tried twice now to complete on properties I wanted to purchase. The 1st was a small cottage in Brampton but I pulled out months later prior to Completion after I received the conditions of purchase in which only then was it identified in the Vendor's conditions that it had restrictions on the purchase meaning no changes or alterations inside or outside were allowed and the purchaser could only be in employment a few hours each week and the land owner (leasehold not freehold) could enter the property to inspect the property. Perhaps, this was the agents fault for not stating in the sale details that it was a restrictive purchase but could this not have been identified to me earlier as I found I had no comeback and was still being billed several hundred pounds by Wragg Mark Bell solicitors.

Got the job done. But certainly need to up their customer service.

Disappointing conveyancing service.
Customer service not as expected.

We were recommended WMB by several of the estate agents we used trying to find a property to buy in Carlisle.
They didn't disappoint - the conveyance team were super efficient, Tasha dealt with the majority of the work but only worked Mondays to Wednesdays, when not available her associates stepped in and answered any questions and moved the purchase on as fast as possible. Everything moved very quickly in the final week and Laura Urquhart settled our nerves when the seller threatened to pull out - despite the fact that it was his own solicitor who was causing the delay. Thanks Tasha, Danny and Laura, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending your company to anyone who is needing a conveyancing completed.
We are making a will shortly and so will be able to do a second review once this has been completed.

Customers service needs work, argumentative and unprofessional. Your Lucky if you get to speak to your actual solicitor.
