After being referred to wright surveys from our mortgage broker, we had an informative conversation with one of their staff about their packages, everyone we spoke to within the company was kind and helpful as this is the first time I’ve purchased a property I was unsure of a lot of things.

The survey itself was extremely descriptive and sent to us only 2/3 days after they entered the property.

Would recommend to anyone!

Andrew has carried out a very professional building survey and promptly delivered an extensive report on every single detail about the property. We researched a lot across different surveying companies and seen many sample building survey reports (Level 3) until we ended up with Wright Surveys and we're now sure we made the right decision for an efficient inspection and a thorough report.
The differentiating piece with Wright Surveys is that they were very responsive even 2-3 weeks after we received the report, due to some late arriving documents. Great communication, in-depth information and excellent service. Highly recommended

Absolutely excellent service. I had an immediate response from the company and a quotation by the end of the same day I got in touch. The booking for the survey was confirmed the following day, and the inspection took place a few days after that.

The company liaised directly with the agents and made all arrangements without any involvement from me.

It was clear from the report they provided that an extensive level of attention and scrutiny had gone into the inspection.

The report itself was a highly detailed document, covering every aspect of the property, and filled with pertinent information and professional advice, as well as detailed photographic evidence to support the findings and recommendations.
