We were recommended Wright Surveys - they are local to where we are buying a property. From first contact they were efficient and helpful so we decided on a hone buyers survey. The report was sent by email incredibly quickly, the day after the survey. It was comprehensive and very accessible. We were very pleased. Follow-up has also been quick, helpful and friendly. When looking for a business to complete the Level 3 Survey on our 1930’s property we was lost in a pool of surveyors. Wright Surveys come up as a local surveyor to us & was then recommended by our mortgage advisor. Andrew was very prompt with his response and was able to book a visit to the property very quickly. We received our report as promised on the same day and it was extremely detailed. We have since had questions to ask and Andrew was able to be super helpful and advise us on the moisture readings and what that meant for us as first time buyers. Definitely recommend. Thank you.

We received an exceptional service from this company. Communication was fantastic, a survey was arranged within a week and the results were detailed and presented well. We cannot fault the company in the slightest, they made this part of the house moving process so smooth and we would highly recommend.

The whole process was very quick and efficient from start to finish with a very details and professional report received at the end. The photographs provided with the drone were also great and provided us with a great view of parts of the property we would not normally be able to see i.e. roof and gutters.

I have been very happy with Wright Surveys. I found Andrew very approachable, the Home Buyer Survey was conducted promptly, with swift arrangements with my seller. The survey was very thorough, backed up by many photographs but also welcome explanations, not just 'facts.' Further pages gave guidance on general house maintenance for the future. The survey was scheduled very quickly - this saved us some time on waiting for the results of this and the inspection for the survey was very thorough. The report was sent back only 2 days later and was very detailed and easy to understand.

I spoke with Andrew and asked for the highest survey they did. He then spoke with me and only recommended the level 2 due to the age of the property and other reasons saving us money, a lot of other people would of just went with it for the money instead of their expertise.
Harry was in constant contact with us offering further information.
Andrew visited the property and have a very detailed report giving us the evidence we needed to go back to the seller with.
I didn’t understand a couple of bits but Andrew very quickly and patiently answered all queries promptly.
