I bought a boiler from this company and…
I bought a boiler from this company and was told 3-7 working days for delivery. The next day after ordering a very polite guy rung me to tell me they would be delivering it that day! Which they did.very happy with this company and will definitely use again.

The site wouldn't let me purchase
The site wouldn't let me purchase, as the payment kept crashing. I tried next day and it went through OK.
Delivery is by a 3rd party (I guess) as very poor communication, I didn't know when the delivery would be, and when I got a phone call saying they were outside my house and no one is in, it felt like it was my fault!
Thankfully a neighbour was in, and took delivery, but again, no communication from the delivery company confirmed they had dropped off with them. This left me wondering what was going on??

New Boiler
Ordered a boiler on line just after lunch and it was delivered at 7.45am next day ..!! fantastic service.
Website easy to navigate and secure payment facilities.. Overall excellent..!!

8 days when said 3/7 when I phoned was told sometime today but we weren’t home so driver called and l had to rush home to take delivery a call prior to delivery would be nice
