I bought two garage door springs for my old up and over doors. I phoned to order, very straight forward. delivery was quick. all good.
Fitting them was easier than expected, instructions were easy to follow, it was harder to remove the old spring, used a cutting grinder.
Tip. before removing I drilled two holes in side of door and screwed the door to the wood frame, so it would not move.
Overall very good, work like new again, and I didn't have to spend a fortune on new doors.

I found the website easy to use and the product I needed easy to identify, mainly because of the photos of the product, and specifically the photos of the product (in my case replacement cables) in situ. Very helpful.

Had correct parts in stock and delivered promptly. They had very well described specifications for the spring I required for my 1978 up and over door. Very pricey springs compared to other brands but hey ho, should be good for another 50 years.

Good quality with sturdy cones, these cones use a reinforced plastic so the hexagon does deform when you apply the spanner. Beware of cheaper ones that are manufactured from softer plastic.
