The free bottles were originally substituted with an additional set of tumblers due to the limits placed on the number of bottles which can be shipped to your state per month, as per the terms of the offer which state that free items may vary by state. As we have confirmed that the limit in your state recently changed and is now a much higher number, we have arranged for the free bottles to be shipped. We hope this helps!

Transaction is not finished waiting for $30 credit to my credit card.
Transaction is not finished, but I got the wine quickly. I made the order from a promotion which WSJ wine
sent me in the mail. "the spring welcome-back deal" which offered a free 1.5 liter box with two free glasses, 10 bottles of wine from around the world, and free delivery if ordered by May 15. I tried to order online, but I was unable to do so. I ended up having to call to place the order. I was frustrated, and was going to cancel the order because the terms were not the same as the one my promo card. But the customer service person agreed to take $30 off my order to get the free delivery so I'm waiting for that credit, and the order came without the 1.5 liter box and a substitution was made for 1 bottle of wine. This is not the first time I got something in the mail and was unable to get the same deal when I placed the order.

Had to wait at home all day Monday and…
Had to wait at home all day Monday and half of Tuesday to accept my wine delivery. FedEx did not deliver on the date they chose. I actually did track my FedEx shipment, via the FedEx site. The shipment was delayed until the following day. So, I waited did wait all day Monday and half the day on Tuesday. Don’t blame me, WSJ!
