As usual, the transaction, shipment/delivery, and product were all perfect. Never a misstep. 5 stars

As an aside, I've found customer service and navigating to try to make account changes, address questions about coming shipments, etc. is 1 or 2 stars. Frankly, I no longer try.

I was able to get the $50 credit from 4 months ago. I apparently missed the email with the promo code but my wine rep got it credited for my case of wine.

both wines I received you rated as top Malbecs are so young that I am shocked they didn't lay down at the vineyard for some time. One was a 2025, it must have been bottled 4 months ago. This is my first experience with WSJ wines and it may be my last. Obviously they may be good, but i feel they need time.

Very poor wine quality — not even worth the $12/ bottle avg price. I also thought I was receiving 6 different bottles not 3 bottles of only 2 brands.

The wines are excellent and the prices are great.

Prompt delivery and excellent price. FedEx guy was superb.

Great prices, great wines, and great service. It's as simple as that. The selection and variety of available wines is amazing.

Apparently they don't understand instructions to stop. There is no warning of a pending shipment, so I called and suspended future shipments. And if course they shipped without warning. So now suspended shipments has now become canceled membership. Worse is their wines are not all that good either. Very disappointing experience from the WSJ. The prices for low scored wines are very pricey. If your considering signing up ve forewarned on quality, quantity and price!

We are enjoying the taste and the price was good.

I made the on line purchase and product was delivered very quickly. Box of wine arrived hand delivered - no broken bottles. The Fedex deliverer was very polite, asked for photo id and brought the box inside my doorway. We have yet to open a bottle as the red wine will have to rest for at least 3 weeks before we dare to open a bottle.

Excellent, high quality wines!

I’m always satisfied with the handling of my purchases from WSJ Wine. The wine selection is always as promised (ie, no substitutions and always in great condition). I’m a social drinker so I only need the wine when I’m entertaining as a result I don’t get to order often. However, I’m always satisfied with what I receive.

I love WSJ winery… love the wine I am getting service is fantastic. Just wish that once you have your wine delivered you wouldn’t need to keep being there on delivery to show ID

Great selection!! Even the substitute!

Excellent wines, with rare finds! We especially appreciate the selection of very dry Italian whites, as well as French and Portuguese Reds (among the rest of the world!) and an always delicious list of Roses and sparkling wines. WSJWine has been our go-to for excellent wines, timely deliveries, and excellent customer service for over 20 years and going. If you like good wine, found on your behalf by an excellent team of enthusiastic explorers with an obviously fine palate... then WSJWine is for you, too!

Great value. Consistent quality. Excellent customer service. Very fast delivery. As a side note I actually appreciate their care in assuring an adult is on hand to accept delivery.
