The entire team were so helpful. I needed an electric wheelchair within a specified period of time. They pushed my order through and delivered next day. The driver was brilliant demonstrated the chair and was very patient and helpful. Definitely would recommend them really happy.

I was presurised into having a motorised chair instead of a scooter which would have been better for us. Time passsed before the item arrived over a week over when they said. I was then send a scooter that wouldnt charge the batteries. The instructions which came with the motorised chair were fro a different model. After much discussions and video calls we managed to get it to charge, it was far too heavy to get in my car, he said it would be lighter than a normal wheelchair, it isnt. I cannot use in the house as it is too clumbsy to get safely through doorways without taking the paint off one side or the other. Its slow sspeed isnt slow enough. Eventually after a week where I used it only once we rang to say it wasnt suitable and was told return it but you will still have to pay which I was very upset about. Make sure you know what you want and dont be swayed if it arrives wrong send it back immediately I wish we had and cancel go elsewhere.

After searching to hire an electric wheelchair, I found this company to be reasonable affordable.
Fom start to finish they kept me updated on delivery, customer service is amazing with quick responses to my questions. I cant praise them enough

I love the fact that you can hire a wheelchair for only £22 a month. The delivery is fast the process is quick and for a wheel chair its very stylish

Fantastic experience, bought a used bike, came almost new. I was a little worried that it would not come on time for my daughters birthday this weekend, but the customer service not only replied and guaranteed arrival on Friday, but also promised to send an uber delivery Saturday morning should anything happen. Great service, will be back!

It was great to be able to set up a simple rental plan for a musical instrument. There were some technical issues which I had to telephone customer support to deal with but these were handled promptly.

I was looking to rent an electric mobility scooter and found wuva online they have a good selection of scooters and a lot of other mobility aids too at good prices the process of renting a new scooter was very easy and took only a few minutes it was delivered direct from their suppliers in good packaging and within 3 days I have already bought another item from them and they will be my go to for aids in the future

Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They’ve advised on the correct bike and ensured it got delivered just in time for our daughters birthday. My 4 year old is over the moon with her new pink Woom 3 bike. Super happy! Thank you!

I am updating the original review below to say that over two weeks later I still don't have a refund for this despite emailing customer services multiple times. Today I have had an email saying the second payment is going to be taken too despite never recieving the wheelchair and having confirmation is it was never delivered form the third party supplier. Not a very good experience and I'm still out of pocket!!!

I needed to hire an electric wheelchair to take my children to school after an injury. After an initial problem with the subscription documents, which was sorted very promptly, I doubled checked it would arrive in the 3-5 working days that was listed as I needed it by a certain time. Unfortunately, after 6 working days I still haven't had a delivery date and had to hire elsewhere. I have asked to cancel my subscription for a refund and am sure this will be done soon. A fantastic concept and products but unfortunately unless delivery improves its not a reliable service if you need an item quickly.

So we got a subscription for a bike for our 6 year old just before the half term. There was a delay by a week, understandably due to demand. However, the 5-star goes to the effort made to get us our bike just before we went on our Cotswolds trip. A life saver and why I felt compelled to leave a good review. Thank you, Wuva!

Very easy to order from website, bike came fast, just few day and bike is excellent. Great varaity of chooses for everybody,and also can chose to rent or buy wich is great for every pocket. Highly recommended and will be using their services in future for sure.

Great company, with excellent support. Been a good experience and my daughter has enjoyed learning to ride her bike and we'll be able to swap out for something bigger as she grows.

We tested a Wuva bike in Denmark on a recent family holiday. The biked are so light and nimble, it was very easy for my son to learn to ride on without stabilisers.
We decided to rent Wuva after they confirmed that we can swop the size of the bike at anytime in our membership, allowing the bike to grow with our son with no cost penalties. Thinking we would have used bikes, less than a week later we got a brand new Wuva bike, already installed. An easy process and well priced.

Wuva is a great company. They're website is easy to navigate, user friendly and straight forward. I found the process of choosing and ordering a bike seamless. Delivery was swift and uncomplicated. Definitely recommended. Five stars.

Prior to leaving not a very good review about wuva I've just been contacted by them my money is getting refunded and I really appreciate the phone call explaining what happens so I've edited my previous review to say thank you to them for taking the time to explain
