I was helped by Georgiana, and was quickly helped with my problem. She was extremely patient and asked the right questions. It didn't take long at all to figure out what was going wrong on uploading documents to the form. I even had to take a phone call in the middle of the chat, and she stayed there to help.
Outstanding customer service
Deian, and Alex earlier, provided outstanding personalized service, helping me to think through my business application. Deian had the advantage of working with me second, and my questions were better formed. So he was able to create two videos that demonstrated the process I would use to solve my problem, even using some of the actual form data I would use.
So far, so good!

En français, je n’ai aucun problème de communication. Ils traduisent instantanément. Amazing support provided!
I have been encountering a little issue about my forms. I could not edit them anymore and I had a Starter plan. I messaged the support center and they got back to me by email within 48 hours. The reason was because I had advanced features that were not compatible to my plan. I did not want to upgrade to Gold plan for my client to fix the problem. When I was checking the features, a chat box appeared and I was able to talk directly with someone. Surprisingly, the service was very helpful and efficient! Georgiana helped me all the way through to pinpoint what could have been the extra fields in my forms. She also helped me enable the edit option so I could make the proper changes to respect my plan. I really appreciated her assistance and I am very glad to have found a better solution!
Best Form Company On The Internet!
Hands down this is the best form company on the internet! I was having a problem creating a form with multiple choice pricing and discounts. This was not typical. I chatted with Daien and he not only showed me how to do this but also created the form fields for me! It is beautiful and will work so well!
I don't know of a company like this that is willing to spend over 30 minutes making a client happy!

I have been a 123FormBuilder customer for 2 years, but the last 2 weeks have been appalling
I have been a 123FormBuilder customer for 2 years. For that whole time I had no problem, and everything worked ok. I paid for the Silver tier, and had around 15 contact forms on a website (somersetbeekeepers.org.uk), which I run in my spare time for a beekeeping charity.
Then in June 2019, all our contact forms stopped working. Every time someone tried to contact us, we got a message telling us that the account was restricted. Going to the 123Frombuilder site said the same thing. The site is completely non-functional, and the only option is to upgrade from our 50 pounds per year subscription to a 250 pound per year subscription.
Contacting support I was told that we had more than the maximum number of forms (8) which we were allowed on the Silver tier. This is very odd, because we've had 15 forms for 2 years on the same subscription without any problems. It seems that 123FormBuilder want more money from me. Support said that they would unrestrict my account for 3 days so I could delete the forms, however my account was still restricted whenever I logged in. All my emails following up to support were completely ignored.
I logged another support request, asking for my account to be unrestricted, and this is where things started to get Kafkaesque. The support person informed me that my account was restricted because I had too many forms, and I needed to delete forms to get it unrestricted. But I'm unable to do that, because my account is restricted! Again replying to this message got absolutely *zero* response.
In desperation I turned to Twitter, thinking that maybe @123formbuilder would respond to my plight. No dice. I notice they've been tweeting about a team-building exercise - perhaps they should spend more time on how to support customers.
I realise I don't pay a lot of money, but 50 pounds a year is a lot for a beekeeping charity (some of our web suppliers actually provide us with their services for free because of our charitable status). However I do expect to actually get a reply to my issues, and for 123FormBuilder to care about the fact that for the past few weeks we've been getting no service despite being paying customers

Great forms. I needed intricate "rules" and "formulas" and honestly didn't think what I needed was possible. Bogdan was the person that finally got me where I needed to go. I will say that chat is always best vs. waiting for follow-up emails and if there is 1 person that cannot help, but you think what you need can be done, try a little later with someone else.
