We started using Paperform in 2021 to collect student enrollment details. Four years later, it’s become a core part of how we run Co.Lab. Every form on our website: applications, newsletter signups, lead magnets, and ad interest forms runs through Paperform. We’ve captured over 30,000 leads through it, all automatically tagged and routed into our CRM and email tools, which has made follow-up organized and predictable.

Beyond lead capture, we also use Paperform weekly to collect student assignments and milestone updates, with submissions automatically routed to the right mentors for feedback. For a bootstrapped team serving thousands of learners, it’s been a flexible, no-code solution that scales with us and keeps our operations smooth. After four years as a paying customer, it remains one of the most reliable tools in our stack.

I’ve been using Paperform for years, and at this point it’s much more than a form builder in my workflow, it’s the front-end layer of many of my automations.

I’ve built everything from event lead collectors with QR codes to a personal scheduling system similar to Calendly, NFC business card generators, and automated client qualification funnels that trigger different workflows in Zapier. Paperform often acts as the smart entry point that identifies the type of client and routes them automatically to the right process.

What I enjoy most is how natural the editor feels. It doesn’t feel like “building a form.” It feels like writing a document that happens to be interactive. The conditional logic and answer piping are powerful but intuitive, I can build fairly complex flows without touching code or overcomplicating things.

It integrates seamlessly with the tools I rely on daily like Google Drive, Asana, PandaDoc, Slack, Zapier, and has allowed me to eliminate repetitive tasks that used to consume hours every week.

What I appreciate most is the balance: it’s simple on the surface, but extremely powerful underneath. It gives me creative control and operational efficiency at the same time. It’s genuinely one of the software tools I enjoy using the most.

Great platform to collect a large amount of information! I found paperform to help with coordinating registration for our christmas program and needed help with my form. Their customer service was so helpful and everything worked perfectly!

My experience with Paperform is always outstanding!
I had a billing issue, and they solved it incredibly fast. I especially love the messaging feature because it seems to work seamlessly. I was able to be routed to the best department to handle my situation swiftly, and everyone was so kind and cordial.

My questions about options, logic application to my needs were attended by Fin, Jenn, Andrew and Jim at whatever time I asked, even at night. Their suggestions help me better understand and adapt my application to a better form. I believe this was achieved because they possess all the knowledge & read carefully my questions.

Paperform has integrated AI in a way that saves so much time in creating a form like what is puts together. The customization and possibilities are endless. Their support team is super helpful and helped me create calculations in html to allow my form to do exactly what I need it to do. This has saved me hours of work and helped me understand how to make the form work for me. I highly recommend Paperform!

There are a loooot of tools and platforms in the online space. I've used SO MANY - on my behalf, on my clients behalf. And I've dealt with support teams (or lack thereof) in a 1000x different ways. Paperform has one of the top support teams in the online space ever. I was lucky to be an early adopter and have been benefiting from their expert platform and truly helpful (LIVE) support staff whenever I ran into problems (which is like, what - 5x in the last 7 years?). They are one of the few platforms where I don't fill with dread when it comes down to "we gotta try and get in touch with someone human to help on this".

Paperform is by far the best form builder I’ve used. It’s super intuitive, looks great, and offers way more flexibility than other forms. I love how easy it is to customize and automate everything — from design to workflows. Highly recommended for anyone who wants smart, good-looking forms without the hassle.

Paperform offers an great product and provides excellent support. While there is occasional unpredictable behavior in the form editor, it’s still a pleasure to use. Their dedication to quality is clear. I’m confident they’ll continue to improve and innovate.
