I've used the product for years and…
I've used the product for years and it's always been flawless. However, today I needed support, having deleted a form a couple of weeks back and realised today I needed it.
I wasn't expecting them to be able to help, but it was worth a try.
What an amazing experience. Support was instant, and they had my form recovered within 60 seconds!!
Can't fault a single things about them.

Excellent Customer Service
I was first introduced to Paperform in January 2024. I was extremely overwhelmed with how advanced the forms were with logic, analytics, dynamic success messages, integration, etc.
Throughout 2024, I went to the Paperform team for all of my requests. Not only did they excel in solving my problems, but they took the time to teach me how to use the software.
As 2024 comes to a close, I'm extremely confident in my abilities to use Paperform. And even when I do get stuck, I know there is a top tier customer support team that is ready to solve all my problems.

Fantastic company to work with
Working with Paperform has been such a great experience! The platform is super easy to use, looks fantastic, and feels really intuitive, even for someone like me. When I needed help with more advanced features like calculations, coding, and connecting to my custom CMS through webhooks and APIs, their support team was incredible. They were always so quick to respond, and every interaction left me feeling supported and reassured.
I don’t have any coding experience, but they guided me through everything step by step, explaining things in a way that was easy to understand. They even went the extra mile to set up a customised template for me, which made a potentially overwhelming process surprisingly straightforward. The flexibility of the platform is great, it’s clear they’ve designed it to adapt to all kinds of needs, and it worked perfectly for mine.
On top of that, I really felt like I got great value for what I was paying, and they're always bringing out new features. Paperform combines ease of use, advanced features, and genuinely outstanding customer care, which isn’t something you find every day. I can’t recommend them enough!
