I can't say enough good things about Paperform! From the moment I started using their platform, I was blown away by their incredible customer support. It's rare to find a service where the owners are so genuinely connected with their clients, always ready to listen and improve the product based on our feedback. The constant upgrades and enhancements keep things fresh and exciting, making my experience even better over time. I've also enjoyed 100% uptime since I began using them years ago, which is a huge relief. It's such a solid product that I can't imagine running my business without it. If you're looking for a reliable and innovative solution, look no further!
I have to add that they use an AI to start the "help" section. They trained the AI superbly and it answers my questions 90% of the time without even asking a rep. I need to get Dean to train my AI LOL .

Excellent service
Paperform has been an excellent experience to use. Very versatile and widely compatible with a number of cms. I really like how it enables you to automate the gathering of survey data and see analytics for form completions. All with secure data exchanges.
I introduce it to any new project when ever I can.

Easy, intuitive, FUN
Paperform is so easy and intuitive to work with. We've tried a few other form tools and frankly, Paperform is just FUN, too. We use it a lot (about one or two forms a week) and we usually get exactly what we need, a few special cases/ideas aside. But even if we're stuck, their support is helpful and replies quickly, and their knowledge base is extensive.

Paperform is an outstanding product supported by a fantastic team. The latest features of Paperform have been exceptional. I have used Paperform for the past few years, and I cannot fault their customer service. They are always eager to assist and respond quickly (we are talking minutes, even seconds, not hours or days).
I adore the new Submissions tab, which allows you to check your replies very easily, quickly, and accurately.
