Fast, efficient service and a fair price. Eugene and Lopez did a great job and kudos to them for their fast and friendly service.

Victor arrived and took charge! He did not waste time removing the junk!! He was exceptionally courteous and he removed the stress that I had. He was very clear when he explained the cost break down and there were no surprise expenses at the end of the service! If I ever need help removing junk again, I would request him!! I highly recommend him!!

Jordan and Oscar were great. They took all of the things that I wanted to get rid of
and had them in their truck in no time at all. It’s nice to deal with friendly people who are also good at what they do. This is the second time I’ve used the company and would definitely go to them again. Their prices are also reasonable.

They showed up at the promised time, gave an accurate estimate and were done in less time than promised!

Ben and Luke were absolutely amazing. So very professional, quiet, quick, courteous, and they explained the process amazing. They quoted one price and before they went any further they came to update me before just assuming. Thanks again Guys!

Elijah and Logan were courteous, efficient and professional. Their communication from the initial pick up notification through departure with my item was excellent. Based on my experience today, I will definitely call again when I need this service.

Super easy! Amazing to be able to call and accomplish the pick up on the same day within hours! The pricing was straight forward and completely explained - and completely reasonable! Earl Godfrey and Jacob were extremely professional and just plain nice guys to do business with! They accomplished the entire pick up within 15 minutes! I wouldn’t ever even hesitate a minute in the future if I have anything else to part with! Great company and definitely recommend!!!

We had this service come to our house on Friday August 28th. They took a safe that was against a wall, not with the pile of garbage they were removing and that they were not instructed to take. I didn’t realize it was missing until later that weekend. They told their supervisors that they had asked me, “several times” about the safe and if they should include it. They never asked me even once of course, although admitting they took it and that it is now out of their hands, and there is nothing left that they can do. So we payed about $800 for them to essentially steal from us, and I tipped each mover $100 for their trouble.

Ryan and Dawsen were great. They went about the job in an orderly fashion. They were very polite, the kind of customer service that will keep customers using this great service. The pricing is fair- the service is a great one in my opinion. Getting rid of clutter is not easy or fun.

Both of your Got Junk workers were so pleasant to have getting my removal done! I can't say enough about their professionalism with being on time and making sure nothing got damaged in the process. Thank you

Overall communication was great, starting with the initial call to set up an appointment. The team that arrived, Chris P and Matthew were very professional, pleasant, and thorough. Having recently lost a family member it was a daunting task to clear their space. This team offered their condolences (which is always a nice acknowledgement) and were patient as I moved through the items to discard. I've used this service in the past and the team that assisted this time around has ensured that I will call on this company again when I need to discard old items.

Colton and Jordon arrived right on agreed time. The two young men were very professional. When finished loading they surveyed the area and picked up any small items left in area. I was very impressed with their professionalism.
