247 were extremely helpful. Great advice on how the system should be set up for the new and existing equipment. The installer knew exactly what needed to be done, did a very tidy job and explained everything I needed to know and do.

Great experience with 247EV from start to finish. They installed an EV charger on the outside of our garden office, as well as laying all the cabling and fitting a new consumer unit. The work was neat, professional, and completed to a really high standard. The team were friendly, turned up on time, and explained everything clearly. We had a really positive experience with our installation and Tim our installer was really helpful about giving us advice on where to put the EV charger, thinking of options we hadn’t thought of. He was extremely polite, reliable and knowledgeable about his work and completed the installation with ease and very little disruption. He helped us to set up the EV charger with the app and explained how things worked. We would certainly recommend Tim and 247ev to our friends and family and we were grateful for the updates received from starting the application process to final installation. I felt I was kept informed throughout the whole process which was very well organised! Thank you to Tim and the team at 247e who answered all my queries about getting an EV charger. Great communication throughout by 247EV who kept me updated as installation date approached. They had been appointed by Hypervolt who I bought the charger off.
On the day of installation the engineer was friendly, helpful and walked me through the process (I'm just kept him plied with coffee). After installation no mess left and very tidy, I was given a walkthrough of the app and charger. Recommended.

Danielle, Stella and the team were open honest and extremely helpful as I struggled with the new grant scheme. They listened and amended the booking twice to align with the delays in getting the grant. Once the grant was given, I had an installation the next week. It was superb!
