Fantastic experience from start to finish. Our EV charger installation was quite complicated and required additional groundwork, but the team handled everything professionally and efficiently. The guys were great throughout — friendly, knowledgeable, and worked really hard to get everything sorted properly. Very pleased with the result and would highly recommend!

These guys were spot on with service.

I was delayed by months due to having a gully installed via the council but 247EV kept in touch along the way.

Eventually things came together and I was also able to claim the government grant for installation and these guys made it seamless.

I was very pleased with the ordering experience and the guidance given by the office prior to agreeing. Although the waiting period was longer than expected, the electrician turned up on time, was thoroughly informative through the process and exceedingly helpful in setting up the app and ensuring all facets were working before leaving my home. Tidying all the area prior to leaving . Very pleased with the set up.

A neighbour recommended this company and I can see why. They answer the phone straight away and are very courteous and polite. I explained to Chris what I needed (just an installation) and he gave me a price and date. I was sent an invoice for the agreed price to be paid a week before installation and received text messages to remind me about the time of the forthcoming installation. The young man - Owen - who installed the charger was on time, very polite and courteous, and he did a very neat job - no mess. He explained everything before he left as well. Extremely satisfied with the service.

Very friendly installer (Dominic) who was very tidy, very willing to ensure the cabling was as unobtrusive as possible when running to the fuse board in the middle of the house, and very helpful explaining the setup and configuration. Overall, very happy with the install. Pre- install just as easy - few photos, a video, quick follow up call and then all agreed

Simple ordering process followed by swift delivery of charger and contact within two days to arrange fitting by a local accredited installer, who by the way was also brilliant.
