To work within the care sector, appropriate training is required to ensure compliance with industry standards. This training is delivered by an external provider we partner with and does involve a cost.
All candidates must be fully compliant before they can begin working as a carer. Once completed, your training certificates can be downloaded and will remain valid for 12 months.

The team at 24hr health care cannot be faulted, as an experienced home manager my expectations are high as are my demands, I'm direct and very clear in what I want. The team promised me they could deliver, something I've been promised by multiple agencies in my 24 year career in the care sector. Not only do they deliver but the speed at which they accommodate my requests for staffing are second to none, prebooked staffing no issues, no mistakes by the office team, staff aren't late, they turn up professionally dressed for work.
The relationship the office team have built with me will last, they are welcoming, human and the phone is always answered first time, to add the oncall team are so accommodating and always start the call with asking how you are.... customer service at its best.
Don't bother trying the rest, go to the best
