Fantastic. I called the office Thursday about getting an urgent carer for myself due my carer / PA being on leave at very short notice. Hannah answered all my questions thoroughly and with confidence. She got back to me quickly where she didn't know. They found me a carer quickly and sent me the candidate details to review. The carer arrived this morning and exceeded the details we had been sent. Would highly recommend this company and its staff and carers.
