Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We understand your delivery arrived on the right day but around 25 minutes earlier than predicted, one of the cardboard box handles had a tear, and that the delivery was left outside your door rather than with one of your preferred neighbours. We have already taken this up with the couriers and apologised to you privately. We now appreciate you giving us this opportunity to apologise to you publically for any inconvenience the couriers actions may have caused.
