Shi** called over an hour before we wanted a cab, it didn't turn up, we phoned and got told 3 minutes, then rang again and was told 5 minutes we've got no drivers. We drove to town THEN got a call from the driver 15 minutes later saying he can't find our house !!!!! AVOID AVOID

I used A2BEurocars for my 2 journeys to Heathrow and collection. The office were great with comms and my questions, really helpful. My driver was excellent and went the extra mile to get me there safely, on time and in comfort. I could not be happier and will be back. Highly recommend this team.

Both taxis (there and back) were prompt and on time. The drivers were both really friendly and the journeys were a good price. Really impressed and would recommend!

A level Company!!!

5 star and a very easy handover process. I love my new Discovery Sports I can hardly tell that it is a second hand car because it's just an amazing car to drive.
when it comes to used cars, its hard to find trusted dealer. I highly recommend A2B Direct Cars.

0 STARS IF IT WAS POSSIBLE. Will be taking it further. No costumer service, they’re not even embarrassed to ignore all these horrible reviews from their business when they are directly affecting people’s lives with a scam/horrible service instead of an actual business. Booked a journey the other day over an hour in advance. They were 40 minutes late and left me standing outside for that amount of time, at night, freezing cold. The people from the office kept telling me there was someone one or two minutes away and they would be there any minute. Completely dismissive and extremely rude. Either that or they couldn’t be bothered to respond to a customer who uses them every day and did pay for the ride already and just become rude and hang up the phone on your face. Continually lying over the phone. I arrived super late to work because of their incompetence, was charged a fortune and when the driver tried to ask the office what the heck was happening they shouted at the driver when it was their fault completely. The driver even politely asked me not to complain because he was scared of them and I got to witness first hand why that is, as I heard how they shouted aggressively at him for asking what did just happen with my booking. With over an hour in advance to complete the booking. Will never use them again, please save yourself some money and time and completely avoid A2B cars. The customer service doesn’t exist and they just become rude and shout at you for their own mistakes. They have no idea of how to run a business properly.

Worse company for customer service don't ring u when they don't have a vehicle available for the time u booked it for even a zero is to high for this incompetent company. Avoid if u can

A very good company providing the best possible service
A company that provides the best possible service out there, I can not praise how good A2B Euro Cars is, they go out of their way to help the customer, even the operators answering the phone calls are very good providing the best possible customer service out there. Cars are always meticulous, I have been using for over 10 years now and never have I ever had any issues with their services, prices are great and it is all fixed so you know what you are paying, I have used many times for airport runs and the journeys have been comfortable and the drivers have been very great and patient, would recommend to all.

I have regulalry used A2B for station journeys. Always early and reliable. This weekend we had a special celebration. We needed 2 cabs: one to take 8 people including a pick up en route. The other to carry a wheel chair passenger. Communication before hand to make the bookings was efficient and polite, and price compared very favourably with other quotes I received,, Both cars arrived ahead of time for the outaward and return journeys, The drivers were so helpful, polite and friendly. Great care was taken to load the wheelchair with occupant via a lift, and and secure it, and also to help a less than mobile pensioner into a seat.
It really helped us to make our celebration day complete.

In August 2023, I had a taxi booked to travel to Stansted airport and requested 2 car seats, which I asked if they would be age appropriate.
The operator assured me they seats would be fit for their ages and secure. The taxi arrived and the taxi driver asked myself and my partner to install the seats because he did not know how to do it. He stated his manager had given them the seats and he did not know how to use them. There would have been no issue installing the seats ourselves, but the seats were both broken. The infant seat was missing the base that would be attaching it to the taxi, the harness was missing one arm band and the part of the harness that is pulled to fasten the harness had been pushed into the hole and it was unreachable. I got the harness part out with pliers myself. The toddler seat, apart from covered in stains, dust and cigarette smell, was missing completely the part of the harness that secures it and at the back of the seat, where the taxi seatbelt attached, one piece was broken off completely and the other was bend.
I requested a refund as the seats were not fit for purpose and unsafe to use. I was given a partial refund, £50 less than the price I paid over the excuse that "the company did not have to provide car seats" and the accusation from the manager that the car seats where not broken at all and basically calling me a liar, despite having taken photos of the state of the seats.
Absolutely unprofessional service.
The company used to be decent. Not anymore.

Car does not arrive.... told that its outside. Give me the dashcam proving it, but they cant becasue they are liars. Poor service, and disgusting customer service. AVOID USING THESE LIARS AT ALL COSTS.

Taxi took a long time to arrive and the map showed the driver going numerous different routes rather than just going the quickest way. The operator was incredibly rude and unhelpful and essentially blamed me for booking a taxi at 3pm. Showed zero customer care. Appalled by the way I was spoken to. To top it off, the taxi driver forgot where we were going and missed the roundabout exit to add another 5 minutes to the journey. Was a regular customer but will not use again and would not recommend to others!

Ordered a taxi on the app and it said it would take 6mins to reach us. Watched the taxi go an extremely long route to get to us so it took half hour. No problem with it being a bit late as I understand you can’t help traffic. But when the taxi arrived at our destination we literally watched it go right past us and down another road, it then took another ten mins for the taxi to get back to us. The main issue I have is when we called up to ask what was going on, we were blamed for the delay. Apparently it is our fault for booking a taxi at a busy time of day. When my partner tried to explain that the taxi went right past us, he was told we were lucky to even get a taxi through the app and then hung up. The taxi driver also confirmed the address we had to get to when we got in but went straight past the street when we got to the destination and therefore took another five mins to get home. We use A2B at least once a week due to learning to drive right now but I will never use them again after this.

My daughter ordered a taxi from the app and went to a card after 2 minutes the taxi driver was trying to take more money from her the excuse was she put the wrong address, how was that if he stop on my door, I called the store to make a complaint and the customer service was absolutely ridiculous. At some point I had to ask him if he trying to saying I’m lying, he said that this driver is one of the best ones, if this is so I can only imagine the rest of them.

Used to be good, not anymore. The last few drivers have been awful. One I had to give directions to the entire way there even though the destination was on a main road he had no clue where anything was. Next, a few of us had booked a table at a restaurant so booked taxi for a specific time. He arrived 15 mins early and said if we didn't come out right then he was leaving and to book another taxi because he was losing money waiting! Don't come 15 minutes early then mate? And the last ever ride I will have with this bunch of morons.. I was going to work one morning (in town so hardly difficult) and it was raining very heavily. He took the wrong turn and wanted to drop me off the other side of town 5 minutes walk away and told me to just walk through town! So I told him I wasn't paying him unless he took me to my workplace, you know, the agreed destination for goodness sake, so he begrudgingly drove the 1 minute to do the job properly. Absolutely ridiculous. 0* if I could based on my last (ever) 3 journeys. Disgusting it's not like you don't have competitors much better... sort it out!

I booked a taxi from Whittlesey and gave my postcode for the destination. Over the phone they said this would be £14, I said fine, the taxi was booked. The specified taxi turned up, confirmed my name and where were going, and immediately asked me to pay £14. We started driving (without sat nav on) and the driver got half way there before taking a turn which would take him the long way round (it’s rural so around fields, not direct). He then stopped the car and said we had to pay him an extra £10. We refused and said the price we had agreed was to our post code - he refused to take us to the given post code and said he would take us back to Whittlesey (which was a longer distance than to our house). We showed him this on the map, had a long verbal disagreement with him where he called us deceitful and tried to call the people who arranged him to pick us up, but didn’t get through to them. We again said that we had booked and paid £14 to our exact post code, and were expecting to be taken there, as agreed. He was very cross, kept calling us deceitful and terrible people, but eventually drove past and dropped us off as that was the shortest route for him to go back to Whittlesey. Very unimpressed, especially when I could see my post code on his phone screen, confirming he had had my exact address when he was booked. Will not be using again. Do not pay them until you are at your agreed destination. Not a great way to end and evening .

It’s getting worse and worse that taxsi accepted booking but later taxsi don’t show up fwe times nearly I’m late to work never come on time it’s terrible service

I wish I could give 0 stars. Very incompetent booking system. You book a car, you pay for it through the app, on the time of the booking, no car shows up. I called the office and the guy shouts at me that they're very busy. When I asked why an hour later they still haven't found a car, the guys begins yelling at me, tells me "f* you" and hangs up on me. Fantastic customer service experience. Unbelievable!!!
