Jane needed to look into the problem we were experiencing with the hand controller for Bath lift. She spoke to the manufacturers and got back to me as promised. She then also followed up and has asked me to let her know if we have been successful with the spare part.

order arrived on time with comprehensive catalogue and in good shape

Well not exactly that fast. But the goods arrived long before they were expected. Everything was as requested, packed OK and represent good value for money.

Will certainly use Ability Superstore again.

The crutch grips i have recently bought have been fine, but the brochure was not as clear as it could have been about the cost of how many you got for a certain price as you had to email me to make sure i had ordered for two pairs and not one pair. So looking on line did made it clear, even though the prices were slightly different from the brochure so if you only bought from the brochure it would have been a bit confusing as to what you were actually getting for your money.

Fast service but one item was slightly broken and as all items were sent without written instructions, I didn't realise (tray for a volaris S7) until after it fell off the rollator with a cup of hot tea. The bag for the S7 didn't seem the same as in the illustration and only came with short fitting hooks and no pop on straps - perhaps this is right but it is not clear.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Also pleased worth quality and price of products.

ONLY FLAW .THE ITEM WAS PRICED CHEAPER IN THE CATALOGUE YOU ENCLOSED WITH THE PRODUCT.

My experience of purchasing/ordering through Ability Superstore was extremely good - only one thing marred it.

Having received my email to say that the package had been despatched I went home each day expecting to see it lying on my hall floor - a week went by and I still hadn't received it - so I thought.

It wasn't until I went into the back garden that I saw it had been placed on the back porch. It would have been nice if the person who put it there had left me a card to say what they'd done.

Very easy to place a order and delivered fairy quickly

I ordered some Oarsome crutch grippers as my walking sticks are agony. I was surprised with them as I had no blisters or sores after a day on my sticks.

The Ability Superstore were nice to order from as they e-mail you about your order and when they have sent out to you. My first order was very quickly received. - Very glad.

I e-mailed to see if I could cut the Oarsome crutch grippers to make them fit my Rollator (bone shaker!) and your quick reply on advice to guide me on what I could do with them - I have ordered yet another set of Oarsome crutch grippers this time for my Rollator!

Price of the Veloped was very competitive and the ordering process slick and informative.
The product arrived in a few days, in perfect condition, and is a superb product.

Having had an Homecraft Easireach II reacher /grabber before i was more than happy to find Ability Superstore had the range at a competitive price. Didn't wait too long for delivery, the only negative comment i could make is that the packaging was a little large for the item, a bit of a waste to be honest. That said, the reacher does exactly what it should do!
