As a disabled pensioner, I recently ordered a “Rucksack” from “Ability Superstore”, for my “Trionic Veloped Walking Aid”. However at the time I realised I had placed my order using the wrong payment method. So I immediately asked them to cancel that order, so that I could then reorder it using my correct payment method. This they quickly did for me with no hesitation whatsoever. As a result of this cancellation request, I was expecting my order to be delayed. How wrong I was, in fact my Rucksack arrived safe and sound, in the post the very next day. Well done “Ability Superstore”, what fantastic customer service.

Terrible service. Waited a week before contacting them about a product I ordered. Only after contacting them did they tell me that the product is out of stock in their warehouse despite them still selling a variety of other colours on their website for 4x the price. Zero offer of substitution. Not how to run a business.

Products bought are of good quality. Prompt delivery. Although a white mug was one article I purchased it is good to see dining equipment comes in colours as white can be difficult for those with dementia and / or eye conditions. May I suggest an increased range for home aids for those with dementia? Your current ranges are aimed for community use.

Fantastic products - Bought the socks before for Mum- they are the best in the market and the best price- bought 12 pairs in ine colour and 6 in the other. Feel like I want to buy more incase we cant get them again! Highest quality! Prompt fast service.

Great service. Contacted me as soon as an out of stock item was back in plus really helpfully redirected my package to the correct recipient when I’d put the wrong delivery address. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful.

I ordered some sheepskin slippers.
The price was incredible.
I telephoned first to check the sizing.
Ability superstore were so helpful and went into the warehouse to check for me. I ended up ordering 2 pairs as they were such a great deal.
The product is flawless, best quality soft thick sheepskin. Well packaged. It arrived very quickly.

Love this website because of a lot of the gadgets that will make my life easier..I recently bought a wedge to enable me in bed when my COPD is bad and I find the prices a b lot cheaper than some ability stores so that’s a winner for me..

I ordered zimmer skis on the advice of a visitor to a care home in which we both have relatives. I had been speaking to him about the impediment caused to the walking of my relative, by the rubber ferrules at the back of her zimmer. He told me about your wonderful zimmer skis which we now have - and they are indeed wonderful. The zimmer glides smoothly and noiselessly over floors - and makes walking a much more pleasant
experience for a now much more confident user. We would certainly recommend the skis to all users of zimmers. A brilliant and life-enhancing discovery!

I ordered a walking stick for my mother, it arrived quickly, was well packaged and best of all was very well priced, I would definitely recommend this retailer and will use again in the future.

Ordered a cosy cover to use with my mother in laws wheelchair. Arrived promptly and of good quality. Took her out yesterday for the first time using it and she said it kept her nice and warm.

What a find this company is. I ordered a Carlett Shopping Rollator on a Thursday - it arrived on the Saturday. Just FANTASTIC. I am so pleased with my Carlett as I’m waiting for a knee replacement & have been struggling just using a walking stick. I can walk more up straight now. The seat is wonderful for when I need a rest. It has a hard plastic box with lid on the back & a holder for my stick if I want to take it. I am so very impressed with this company & it will be my go to for anything else I need. Kept informed of delivery all the way - THEY WERE ALSO CHEAPER THAN ANYONE ELSE. Thank you to all the staff, impressed does not cover it.

Very happy with wheelchair cosy it’s lovely maybe a little extra stitch needed where it fits on to chair as after 2 days it came off maybe need to be longer for when it gets sat on it gets pulled down the bag is also very good and perfect for keeping his essentials in thank you Helen Rae

After a hip replacement the hospital gave me a sock aid to help me put on my sock as I couldn’t bend my leg. The aid broke after a few months so I ordered another one from your firm. It is sturdier, and does the job very well.
