Ordered a table from this store which I have returned as it did not fit and was not of the quality expected. The package had obviously been previously opened but I didn’t take a picture unfortunately. I returned the package at my expense but am told I will not get a refund as it has marks and was damaged in transit. The insurance apparently covers loss only so I am now £70
worse off, have no table for my disabled mother, and cannot get a refund despite the company having the item back. I am thoroughly disgusted with their attitude and lack of support.

Can’t praise Ability Superstore enough. After a helpful conversation with customer services I received lots of advice . I ordered the Days swift wheelchair for my Mum who lives in a carehome after having a severe stroke. I ordered it on Monday afternoon and it was delivered of Thursday. Mum is very pleased with it. We ordered it in red which is a lovely metallic colour. It’s easy to push and Mum says it’s very comfortable. A very efficient company with helpful staff and great products.

Good quality products exactly as described. Very fast delivery on two recent orders.

New(about2B) customer. A site with sooo many products! BUT... therein lies the devil in the detail!
It is very likely that I will see many [potentials] which at the moment, I'd like to make a note (bookmark) to consider 'later'.
Ability Superstore FOR SURE can increase their turnover by having (for registered/logged in) users a 'simple' WishList.
Many online retailers have such functionality!!!
Just a simple list stored with user's account data.
Nothing grand or beyond any website designer/coder to knock out in quick/quick time, yes?
Ok... I'm off to make a purchase and (for now) take notes of other 'would like' items. Hahaaaa, hope I do not loose my paper note ;-)

We just purchased a lift chair and compared to the other store, none came close to the Ability Store. They are amazing and made us feel totally comfortable with our purchase! I will never shop at another mobility store.

I was looking to buy a rollator for my elderly mother, but wasn't sure which one would be right for her. I phoned Ability Superstore and the customer care team were incredible. We spent 15 minutes going through all the different options without any pressure for me to buy one. I went away to consider my options and then purchased online the next day – and it arrived two days later! I'm super impressed with Ability Superstore – I will be using them again

Bought a Two-Way Support Cushion
Product Code: 51114 and on the washing bit you can only wash the cover of the seat, but the only problem with that is you can't take the cushion cover off as there is no zip to take it off , plus we have found it to be very uncomfortable and even though I can return it,but ive got to pay postage myself and then on top of that a 20% restocking fee. Not very good value at all . I'm pleased other reviews are happy but I'm not , if I knew you couldn't take the cover off I wouldn't have bought it. Also you can't get in touch with them via email either.

Have been looking for this model of shower chair for months. Totally fed up with finding it on websites, ordering it, then receiving an email saying it was out of stock (after paying for it on one occasion). Found this model listed on Ability Superstore, rang to confirm in stock. Lovely lady (Nicola) confirmed they had one, and took my order over the phone to ensure that I got it. Really great price, and free shipping included. Never in a million years did I think that that free shipping would see it delivered the next day, but indeed it did (ordered Thursday June 3, arrived Friday June 4). Amazing. I highly recommend this retailer. Many thanks to all involved.

I bought a Royale commode chair from this company and was disappointed when it arrived flat packed as this was not specified on the website.
To some that wouldn’t be an issue but my mother, the recipient of the chair, does not like flat packs and would not have made the purchase had that been made clear.
I believe you only get to judge a company fully when something goes wrong and in this case I cannot fault them.
I spoke to 2 lovely ladies who offered to have the chair collected and returned fully assembled. Whilst I declined the offer it was a fair resolution to the issue.
They also updated their website immediately and now make it clear that the item can be bought as flat pack or fully assembled. I was impressed and somewhat surprised by their immediate action and it shows that the omission in the description was a genuine error.
Although I am disappointed that the chair wasn’t as expected my experience demonstrates that they provide good customer service and the 5 stars are reflective of this.
I should add that the company have arranged a refund before they have received the returned item.

It is the first time I have used Ability Superstore, and am very pleased with the service and the product. Will definitely use them again

Couldn't believe it when I received my goods the day after placing the order. Was so impressed that I emailed to thank them and saying I would be pleased to leave a review, hence this epistle.

First time using Ability Superstore and they most certainlyare Super.
Let down by another company badly, and I did understand we are all under
pressure with Coronavirus around us all I could not get a definite delivery date after first delivery had passed by a week then after numerous phone calls still no further forward so decided enough was enough.
Phone Ability Superstore spoke to Jane explained situation and within 5 mins or more I had same items ordered and being dispatched that same evening and delivered on time 2days later by first class tracked mail.

I am SO pleased great service from start to finish. I have MS & have found it very difficult to find a walker that is smart & modern & doesn't make me feel worse about my disability. I'd seen the ' let's you out rollator ' advertised & felt it was just what I had been looking for.
I called Ability Superstore spoke with Nicola & as it was Friday afternoon she advised me that my order would be dispatched on the Monday I received constant updates via text & email was even given a 1 hour slot for delivery for the Tuesday, my item arrived even earlier than advised. Great great service.
Am thrilled with my walker & know it will make a big difference to my life.

As a visitor to the UK, I needed some equipment fairly quickly. I phoned the store at lunchtime on Thursday and was told that both items I wanted were in stock, would leave the store that day and arrive at my London address the next day or, if not, then on Monday. Sure enough, the equipment arrived early on Monday morning in perfect condition. This was most impressive.

I buy quite a bit of mobility stuff for my mum who needs a helping hand now she's getting older. This company was very helpful on the phone as I didn't really know what we needed to buy. Great service, good value products and quick delivery. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended.
