I got paired with a great company and learned a ton during my apprenticeship. It also resulted in a job with the same company!

I wanted to share my experience using Acadium to find an apprenticeship, and honestly, it exceeded all my expectations.

When I first signed up and started looking for a mentorship, I'll admit I was a bit nervous. You hear stories, and the idea of committing time to an online apprenticeship felt like a bit of a gamble. I wasn't sure what kind of mentorship I would find or if it would genuinely be a valuable learning opportunity.

However, I decided to trust the process on the Acadium platform, and I'm so glad I did! I connected with a mentor, and from the beginning, it started to feel right. As the weeks went by, my initial apprehension completely disappeared. I was given meaningful tasks and responsibilities that allowed me to apply what I knew and learn so much more.

Aside from the fact that they offer free courses to help you improve your skills, Acadium has successfully matched me with a mentor that not only offered me the hands-on experience that I needed but actually hired me! Acadium does a great job of pairing you with the right person to help you with what you need most, especially around marketing. This fees up a lot of your time and allows you to work directly with your apprentice to ensure you get what you need. I highly recommend giving them a try.

What made my experience great here on this platform is getting sincere and honest feedbacks from mentors, which has always been helpful for profitable self evaluation and reflection.

This company is doing really great in matching up mentees with their Mentors, but I would advise that Acadium has a means or AI feature that automatically gets into the Virtual call of Mentors and Mentees, and get a better feedback matching against Acadium's key objective.

It was a great opportunity to gain hand on experience through this platform.
Technical skill and moreover it enhanced my soft skills as well.

I have had two great apprentices so far and have learned alongside both of them to advance my business. I love the learning aspect of the system. We really are growing together.

I am still trying to study how the Acadium platform works, as John was my first mentor. Although it's cool.

Acadium has a good array of interns that are looking for real-world experience.
The process is easy, and they have set milestones along the way for feedback on both sides. This system allows for open, honest, and timely feedback to make the experience seamless between actually producing work and getting feedback along the way.

Acadium was honestly something that I didn't know I needed until I signed up and got started. The concept is brilliant for small firms or startups that need extra marketing capacity or support, but aren't in a position to bring someone on full-time. The process to get matched with an apprentice was user-friendly and effortless and the support term is extremely attentive and responsive to any questions. We've had a great experience so far!
