From the initial inspection and quote the process was smooth and timely.
Installation went well.

I live in Melbourne Australia. I thoroughly researched Stairlift Companies and I noticed time and time again that Acorn Stairlifts came out ‘tops’. From quotes up to installation, the process was seamless. Jordan installed efficiently and communicated instructions etc so clearly to us 80 year olds. He was lovely! Price extremely competitive. We are very happy. We have narrow stairs and their one rail system is not obtrusive at all … it just blends into the background.

Happy to have the Stairlift now. The installer was very helpful and personable. It would be good to have a follow-up phone call or a visit to check on me within two weeks. I have two questions not for this review.

Delivery was exceptional. Installer was skilled and efficient. BUT: It would have been better to have known that we would later require the serial number i.e. before the installation was complete. At 81 it wasn't easy grovelling around trying to determine this in situ!!

Was installed promptly and demonstrated well. Life is so much better now that I don't fear falling down the stairs and not out of breath after coming up. Money well spent.

Communication was excellent. Installation took place on the day and time nominated and took slightly less installation time than anticipated. Overall, the experience was very positive. The stairlift is working well.

We are very happy with chair lift. Made our life so much easier and now we can stay in our beautiful forever.

From the head office, surveyor, local admin staff and installer, the service was excellent.

Wasn't happy with the "compulsory" insurance charged!
We already have the property & building fully insured,
& Acorn have a warranty cover!
To me I see it as just another tax!!!
