Great service from Acorn. My wife now can ascend and descend stairs safely and confidently.

From the first contact with Accorn to enquire about prices, through to booking an onsite quote, having the quote, booking the installation and the actual installation it has been a pleasure dealing with all of the staff. They were all very respectful, helpful and did their best to have the stairlift installed as soon as possible. The installation of the stair lift for my mother who has mobillity issues on stairs has been the best thing ever - according to Mum. I have to agree. The weight that was llifted from Mum's shoulders when she realised how quickly it could be installed and knowing she no longer had to plan her day around minimising the number of times she needed to use the stairs. Now she can go up and down as many times as needed. Thank you Accorn.

We have been extremely happy with all aspects of our dealings with Acorn Stairlifts. The initial interview answered all our questions and the price was a pleasant surprise. The installation was carried out in an efficient and friendly manner and ultimately the stairlift has been a godsend.

We certainly have had good satisfying experience since technicians commenced work on the stairs. This has been enhanced since our chairlift was installed. Thus far there has not been any problem or disappointment due to any aspect of the chairlift. We are delighted with it.

My experience with Acorn Lifts was amazing!!
My initial enquiry was on-line - got a phone call 3 hours later - made an appointment for the Rep 3 days later and he could accommodate everything we needed and, as we went ahead and paid the deposit immediately, the installation was booked in - one week after the Rep's appointment!!
The installation went without a problem, so from first enquiry till installation was less than 2 weeks!!

Exceptional service. Smooth installation. Salesman was excellent. I have use the stair lift following my foot surgery and for an emergency admission to hospital with the Queensland ambulance service.

From first contact with Josie to finished installation by Sean, this process was outstanding. After an unforeseen accident, we needed the stairlift a.s.a.p. We contacted Acorn and a very helpful salesperson, Alpi, came within a week. We ordered two lifts for 2 separate flights of stairs and they were installed within 2 weeks. A very professional company with an excellent product. Couldn't recommend them highly enough! It gave me my freedom to access all levels of our home even with crutches!

SINCE INSTALLATION THE ACORN CAIR LIFT HAS
PERFORMED TO A VERY HIGH STANDARD HOWEVER THERE IS ONE CONCERNE WE HAVE AND THAT RELATES TO THE SIZE OF FLOOTPLATE IT NEEDS TO BE DEEPER AS MY FEET OVERHANG AND HAVE BEEN CAUGHT UP IN THE STEPS

Disappointed not to be made aware during the initial installation that there was a batch of faulty parts in circulation. It might have made our experience with this less stressful when it happened to us (along with many others.) Aside from that, the chairlift is a godsend.

The whole process was timely from quote, ordering and installation. The finished product was been praised by all visitors and other trades people.

The Acorn Stairlift does all its advertising claims. For those of us who through age or infirmity have difficulty climbing stairs it provides greater freedom of movement in multi-storey homes quickly and in an effortless manner.
The ride is not entirely smooth with a few minor bumps on the way, but once you become accustomed to this it is not a real problem.
The safety belt gives added security and comfort to the ride.
All in all, the Acorn Stairlift is a significant contributor to one’s quality of life as one ages and enables you to extend the time you live in the home you are familiar with and comfortable in.
An investment thoroughly worthwhile and strongly recommended.

Installation of my stairlift was a pleasant experience
The engineer came to measure,was very helpful and explained everything to me.
Stairlift was installed very soon after,took a couple of hours,caused no mess.
I note that the lift travels slower than I had expected.

Great customer service. We moved into our new house and within three days our stairlift was installed.

Everyone was helpful, I was never in any doubt of the next steps and the installation went very well. The chair has helped my wife to move using the stairs without losing breath. Thank you for a job well done.

I live in country vic. Over the weekend I had a problem with the chair lift. I left it till Monday morning at 10.00 to call the company in Melb. They had one of their staff ( the lovely young man who installed the chairlift) at my place in Bendigo about 1.30pm. The problem was fixed by 2.00pm. What fantastic service. I have only the highest regard for the company. From the moment we contacted the company to check on getting the product we have had the most wonderful service. Their staff have been outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone. THANK YOU ACORN.
