Terrible
Bought a Thomas Sabo charm which ended up being faulty. Sent back as requested by customer service and was advised on 29/01/2026 that I would have the replacement back within 6 weeks. It has now been 4 months and I have still have not received it back. I have left emails and phone messages to the company and have not had a reply.

Thank you for your email, and firstly please accept our sincere apologies for the delay and lack of communication regarding your Thomas Sabo charm repair/replacement.
We completely understand your frustration, especially as you were originally advised on 29/01/2026 that the replacement would be returned within approximately 6 weeks. Unfortunately, the process has taken significantly longer than expected with the supplier, and we appreciate that the current timescale is unacceptable.
Having checked our records, we are currently unable to locate any previous emails or telephone messages relating to this matter. However, we apologise if you have attempted to contact us and did not receive a response.
We are currently escalating this matter directly with Thomas Sabo to obtain an urgent update regarding the status of your replacement and to ensure this is resolved as quickly as possible.
As soon as we receive confirmation from the supplier, we will contact you immediately with a full update and expected resolution timeframe.
Thank you for your patience and understanding, and again please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service, my favourite jewellery (Uno de 50) available at great prices and they even offer a price match if available elsewhere at a lower price. Ky and Emma were both really helpful and responded quickly to messages, and made the extra effort to let me know an out of stock item was due back in. Dispatch and delivery were quick and I'm so pleased with my beautiful bracelet which was well packaged and came complete with the brand packaging.
