There was a price glitch on the website and it was probably not all that easy to resolve, but with a lot of good communication and helpful attitude it was sorted out over a chat and I managed to make the purchase. The chat was with a real person from the beginning!
One issue to still look at is that I could not reduce the chat window while we were trying to sort this out, which meant I could not select (or see) the ring size to complete the purchase. This could be reprogrammed quite easily - so the client can drop down the window when wishing to see the web-page, then click to re-open it.

I am absolutely thrilled with my jewelry order! The piece arrived beautifully packaged and looked even more stunning in person. The craftsmanship is flawless, and the diamond sparkles perfectly. Customer service was amazing from start to finish. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

I had a slight issue tracking my parcel, but customer service responded quickly and kept me updated. When it arrived, I was speechless .. the bangle are gorgeous and so sparkly! Totally worth the little delay, and even better — they were cheaper here than on the brand’s official website!

I received this as a gift from my parents, and I absolutely loved it! We had a slight issue with the shipping; however, the team was so helpful with the process. Great experience so far. I will order a few pieces for my mom.

I made an order on 29th Sep I paid for express shipping (delivery within 1-3 days).

On 10th Oct I reached out to their customer service as I had no communication about the status of my order. I was told it was out of stock in a reply on 13th Oct. I was not notified of this when making my purchase as I would not have bought it, I specifically ordered from here as other companies had it out of stock. I sent a follow up on the 14th asking when it would become available I was told first week of November and clarified that I expected it to be express shipped to me due to already paying extra for this. This was confirmed and I was told I would receive an email first week in Nov to confirm it was back in stock.

On 7th Nov, I sent another email to chase up as I had received no update. I received a response on the 8th saying it was still out of stock.

I decided to write a review because I was frustrated with the lack of customer service. I should not have to be the one chasing for my order. Every response I received from them was because I reached out first for updates. In response to my initial review the company misrepresented the facts and also completed a GDPR breach by posting my full name and address on the review. I urgently emailed them to review the response, but I was concerned about having my details out there, so I deleted the review myself.

Due to the serious nature of the GDPR breach, I reached out in several emails to the company, asking for an explanation as to why my personal data had been unlawfully shared and asked for a refund. Due to the distress this situation caused. I have now received the refund but have not received so much as an apology for them breaking the law and sharing my data. Or a response to my formal complaint thus far. I am waiting until next week for a response before reporting the matter to the ICO for investigation.

I would recommend to avoid this company, as the customer service is extremely poor. It is fine that the product was out of stock with the supplier, but you should be proactively updating the customers if their goods will not be delivered within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase.

Have to pay for returns which is not good if item is not suitable so not only paying for delivery you have to pay for a return. Not customer service friendly!!

A brilliant company. I had to return my item, totally my fault as i ordered the wrong item. I returned the item no questions asked and had a full refund into my bank straight away.

Very disappointed with the size of the 9ct gold zirconia circle pendant I ordered it's so tiny!!

I bought a pair of earrings and the plastic bag it came with already had a hole in it and they said I cant get a refund because of it avoid this place! Its a scam!

I had a very disappointing experience with Acotis Diamonds. I ordered a watch but cancelled the order the same day, well before dispatch. Instead of processing my cancellation, they insisted I proceed with the purchase. I followed up with several emails and eventually received a message saying my cancellation request would be passed to their team, but since then I’ve had no response, no refund, and no update. Extremely poor customer service and lack of communication – very unprofessional. I would not recommend buying from them.

The product is fine but the service around it was poor. Slow to respond to enquiry about when delivery would be and in general slow delivery. When spending over £100 online you need reassurance that it is on its way and when it is going to be delivered, very vague and slow.
