Ordered twice from Acotis
Ordered twice from Acotis, on both occasions they were pretty quick to deliver the goods and they did match the description. The only thing I’ve got to say though is that they don’t shows pics of how the jewellery looks on a person for all brands. I chose Dew and they are rather small. Wearable but they will be smaller in real life then you imagine them to be by looking at the pics displayed. I wrote to their customer service about this but received no response. It’s fine, not a massive issue but you guys asked for my opinion and here it is. My Dew necklace is really cute though and the rings are adorbs. My Hot Diamonds ring is gorgeous, just like the picture.

Poor quality and poor returns sevice
The quality of the Jewelery isn't good enough and not as shown.
To compound the disappointment of a spoiled 29th Anniversay, I wasn't refunded the whole cost(postage) and then had to pay for returns postage!
